On 24 April 2014 we had our Toyota Fortuner serviced after the airbag emergency light was noticed, the invoice was paid and a couple of months later we were informed that this was a factory fault and we would be refunded. We are still waiting for a response. Today, 17 March 2016, we received an sms for additional service and we again followed up on the refund. A lady said she would contact my father about the refund but sent an sms for the service reminder, He is 73 years old and I decided to follow up on his behalf, the person he spoke to this morning is now on leave (without contacting him about the already paid refund) and the lady that assisted me said the refund was paid in August 2014. I then had another check at our most recent service date of 30 September 2015 and recalled that upon our inquiry we were informed that the refund was still outstanding. I was promised today that someone will get back to me with a remittance advice to indicate who received this refund as we had not received the refund. The only problem we have is that since 24 April 2014 NO ONE has ever contacted us in regards to this refund. Can someone please show us to whom the payment was made or pay it.
I just had the worst experience of my life at Olivelli Bloemfontein. I was under the impression that by paying R 350 I could fit dresses and get into the wedding spirit. The moment the lady who assisted me found out that I am going to wear my mothers dress, she started treating me like a criminal. The service was terrible and she directly told me in my face that helping me is a waste because I am going to pay someone else to make me a dress. Never in my entire life have I been so humiliated. I will never recommend Olivelli to any person I know.
Good day, I have been having problems for almost two years in changing the members on a closed corporation. One of the members is a trust and can't change it on the online platform. We have submitted a couple of times and never get feedback, we are desperate, can someone please assist as we can't get a response from any of the e-mails and the call center doesn't answer. <br> Thank you!
I have been struggling to amend a private company since 13 October 2014 without success. After a couple of submissions, we are not receiving any reason why the amendment is not happening. I have successfully amended other companies in this period but after continuous unanswered phone calls I was left with no choice but to use another angle. The initial reference number was 922246504.
We have been struggling to get invoices from MTN, after updating our details a couple of months ago we are still just receiving warning sms messages that our account is overdue. We have not received any invoices via post or via e-mail (as updated), we pay our account via EFT but unfortunately this is getting out of hand. We want to pay on time evey month, but I think it is ridiculous that we have to go to an MTN branch to find out what we owe instead of MTN sending us a invoice. CAN WE PLEASE GET A TAX INVOICE MTN?!?!?!?
Yesterday, on the 2nd of March 2015 we went to Game Mimosa Mall. After doing our shopping we waited in a que that stretched so far back that we nearly went into the product rows. I thought it was due to the busy month end etc but as the que turned I noticed 8 employees of Game standing around one till having a chat. I went to the \information"desk and the gentleman informed me that I have to complain with the check out manager"
