I am a 40k a month client with discovery but I cant get to enjoy the full Vitality package. When going to the airport I have to stand in line like any other citizen that does not belong to Discovery. My Broker also can’t help me. How much more must one pay a month to get this perk
I have a data contract with MtN. My debit order was returned. When I contacted MTN I ask if I paid how long will it take for the data to come back on. They said sorry won’t come on until your next month payment. So I never paid. Waited for it to go off the next month. To my surprise the debited 2months the month that I had no data and the payment for the following month. Now that’s bing unfair. I think these company are to big and don’t worry anymore about clients. Time for SKYLINK than I want to see how MTN is going to run after there clients.
I have a month to month data bandle of 740 per month. I never paid for two months. Went in to pay on the 25th Feb. I was told pay first before you get data for that month to come. I haven waiting in the 25 till today 5 of March to get my acc unsuspended. I have log in a ticket number BO0026671 the message on Saturday said it’s escalated to supervisor. Today is Wednesday this department is not at work. Today they log in another ticket BO 0028528 maybe for them to catch a wake up. They quick to take your money but not to give you service. How pathetic is this.
The most *********** fibre network we have EVER dealt with. Application was fast. Dropping off the router was fast. But as for their after service, What is that??? We have paid 2 months subscription thus far with absolutely no coverage. Spoken to numerous different consultants and NONE of the seem to understand the problem, If anything they became rude and impatient. We asked for a technician to come out numerous time, up to date no technician has even made contact. Yesterday they sent us a cable via courier instead - a cable that we are not even able to use. South Africans are looking for work but nobody wants to do the work. We are now getting out our own technician to sort out the problem.
i have been a client with standard bank for a few years now. I have business acc with them and a personal acc. I now have received a summons from the *********** lawyers firm that standard bank have appointed to sue me. i have not paid my credit card from June 2021 as i thought it was fully paid. I have not received any statements in this regard. The lawyers have called me up a few times as i have requested my statements. But to date they still could not provide me with such. Lucky for me the calls are recorded and they have made notes of my request. Today to my surprise i have a summons at home for me to pay up. So we as clients to Standard Bank mean nothing to them as they will sue as for there Incompetency. Very sad day. Tomorrow I'm calling my business banker to close my acc. There many banks in SA that will be more than willing to take there commission every month from my business acc.
I payed with my credit card. The manager said that I may not take the goods until the payment reflects on there bank statement. That is company policy. How does one pay of goods and you not allowed to take it. REALY
