My wife, whi is 28 weeks pregnant was in pain and couldn't walk. We went to Netcare Linksfield Hospital - Emergency to get help. We arrive at about 18:40, had to wait for shift changes, eventually we were triaged at 19:20. We then waited without any assistance until after 20:30 at which it was clear we completely waisted our time. almost 2 hours without any assistance. this is terrible service for a private hospital. furthermor the staff is completely not bothered. We then left the hospital without any treatment. It is unfortunate because this used to be 1 of the best hospital and it is 2 minutes away from my house however this is now the second unpleasant visit to this hospital. I now must seriously consider finding an alternative hospital.
I bought a treadmill and multi function gym from game online, a day later I got delivery of the treadmill however the multifunction gym was not delivered. Days go past and eventually I call the Game call center to find about my order. I then learned that the multi function gym is out of stock and the order was split and would receive a refund in 3 - 5 days. It's been 10 working days, and I still have not receive my refund. I have spoken to numerous agents still no resolution.
Extremely disappointed with the claims process. Very efficient and engaging when onboarding but it all changes when claiming. I had an accident on the 15 Dec 2024, First Help came to tow the car, was told my car would be taken to RENEW IT-Bedfordview. Fast-forward to 13 Jan 2025, my claim is approved however no knows where my car is, after days of investigation I am informed that the tow guys(First Help) towed my car to an unauthorized repairer(Flora auto) on the other side of town. Now I am getting lips service every about my car being moved. To this day 10 days after my claim has been authorized, my car is still at Flora. I do not have answers why my landed in Roodepoort, my has not even been attended to Call center agents lie with impunity, I've written multiple complaints but nothing happens, the madness continues with no end in sight. I totally regret insuring with Pineapple/iWYZE. DO NOT insure with Pineapple/iWYZE,
Extremely disappointed with the claims process. Very efficient when onboarding but it all changes when claiming. Its been 3 weeks since I logged a claim, sent all the information requested only to told that I need to send the very same documents I've sent weeks ago. No progress whatsoever, its like they are trying to find reasons not to honor the claim. Furthermore there was a confusion in what information was given and policy recording needed to reviewed, Pineapple said it would take 48 hours however 3 weeks later this has not been provided or resolved. Extremely disappointed! Should have stuck with the tried and tested insurance providers. Logged a complaint, they said they would investigate and come back to me within 7 days. Have not received any communication, I have lost all hope in Pineapple Insurance!
I order a Toyota Hilux Tonneau Cover online with roll bar holes. Got a service consultant explaining exact how to measure rollbar hole distance. got it manufactured and delivered within a week and it fits like a glove. Very happy with the service and the quality.
*********** Finance department consultant submitted wrong documents and blocked my credit profile. I submitted an online application for car through webuycars, there were some documents missing so I had to send them via email. A day goes and the finance lady Chelsea Thompson calls to say my application was denied because I did not provide payslips which was incorrect because I had send them via email. She them proceeded to tell me that she would sort it out however that was the last conversation we had. She is not answering my calls or responding to my whatsapp messages. This is really a big problem, because I know for a fact a week or 2 earlier I had a successful car finance application with another dealer, I just did not accept because we could not agree on terms. Now I am unable to get financing from other dealers because she blocked my profile and did not even bother to let me know. this is really unprofessional and damaging conduct. It should not be allowed, her error is now having far reaching consequences. Really angry and disappointed at webuycars. NO NO NO
Took a foneyam contract at PEP, I am a few days late on my payment on my contract however I now cannot access any services or anything on my phone. The device has been locked. This is not what I sign up for! I have never seen this before.
Ordered groceries on the 25 of March, 7 May order still not delivered. 14 days later, trying to get my money back told to wait another 14 days. I think it's time for Makro to accept that they simply cannot provide this online service. I'm just at a loss for words. I can order something from China and get in 2 weeks but can't from around the corner. Totally unacceptable. I hope this advise reaches: Makro should rather build their own delivery capability at-least you will some kind of control. As it is you will not be able to compete. Your delivery partner are messing up your business and Makro has no control or oversite to ensure a good customer experience. Everyone who is successful in this online space owns either the delivery system or even the whole delivery value chain. Your service really is the worst!!!
Buy at your own risk. I bought a water for R5000, not working! I've explicitly told that I bought at my own risk. If it doesn't work then tough luck, I just donated R5000. Stay away! you have been warned!
I bought an iPAD for R3.5k on friday the 15 of July from Cash Conveters at Balfour Mall. When I got home to charge it it could charge past 40% overnight. On Saturday I go and return the device at Cash Conveter to my suprise the store agent I had bought the device the previous day refused to return and instead suggested that I sell it back to them. How can it be that they sell me something that does not work and furthermore told straigh in my eyes that if I have problems I must do watever I want with such a thuggish attitude. Insteead of the manager stepping in to help they whisper and distance themselves. The stuff from Balfour are just thugs with a horrible work ethic, horrible attitudes. I hope it's not because of the close proximity to Alexander township. I left everything and walked out of the store. I have never experinced such customer alienation in my life. I want my money back for sure I will never buy there again
