All Lies I bought a gaming pc from Michael. First pc was faulty so I returned it, second pc was faulty, now in for repairs since last week Friday with Evan. Facts: I took it in last Friday. They were going to test what's wrong again....like with the first and second pc...which they couldn't find anything wrong.... Saturday I was told its good news, its not the graphics card or RAM. I was also told the tests take 8 hours, therefore should have been done by Saturday, which it wasn't. I'm also told that I will have the pc latest by Monday..... Monday comes I'm told tests take 18 hours not 8..... I'm told its the graphics card after being told on Saturday its not the graphics card. Then told that they don't have such a graphic card, which is still covered under warranty. I have to pay R3000+ to buy another graphics card. When told I'm not doing that, suddenly they had a replacement graphics card. Tried to get a quick sale there... Then I'm told its not even going to take 5 minutes, so I should technically speaking be able to collect the pc eventually...I'm told the warranty department has to print the book out form, I cant get the pc... Someone else tells me then that actually the pc is still being tested... Tuesday comes...the excuse is that they need to print the page for booking out the pc I cant have it but I'm told that the graphics card has been replaced and it is ready for collection. Then I'm told by someone else there's no graphics card in the pc! Apart from that they are not taking any of my calls nor calling back when asked to do so..... The one that you need to speak to is never available, always in meetings... What a bunch of liers. Why lie? Why not just tell the truth. As a result a loss of income as its used for playing competitive... What does a warranty help if they cannot fix it in the first place or replace it with faulty substandard parts definitely not quality as stated on the recording.. I would not recommend Evetech from the service to the product. Where's management? Untouchable, no management calling you back, apologizing and sorting it out. The truth is they probably aren't sorry and just want the sale thereafter you sit with the endless problems....a many calls later and driving to KNOPPIESLAAGTE not CENTURION as stated many times without any success... What if this was the owner's pc or one of the managers' pc or even one of the employees? I'm waiting for a response from the owner regarding this matter.

After my review they said they would refund within 15 days but they didn't.

Not even worth 1 star but couldn't give 0! *****ulent **** Paid R399 5/4/2024 never received what they promise nor refund in 7 days.... Thus reviews on Hellopeter must also be *****ulent! Probably put there by the ****mers so that you trust them... Please remove these reviews from Hellopeter because then people trust them and get ****med. Warning don't get ****med! No contact number or contact person, neither do they contact you when asked to. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again...
Order 3223277 paid for 4 pineapples but got 2. Order 3209447 ordered pitted olives got ones that weren't pitted but paid for pitted ones. Also paid for portabellini mushrooms but got white mushrooms. Order 2412139 ordered baby red onion bag and paid for it but got white ones. Phoned 5 times to sort it out. Twice no answer, twice no one on the other side, once ended call before answering. Asked them to call me back but they didn't. Asked them to update phone number twice but they didn't. Asked pnp melkbosstrand, from where Orders came, to correct Order but they didn't want to.

Beautiful Resort No idea about customer service apart from Cyril the one duty manager! Well done Cyril. You deserve to be employed there and does a super job! No Maintenance have been done in years. Mismanaged - not managed Many people employed doing nothing. Suggest new management and review current staff, get rid of those not doing what they are paid for and keep those that does. Then there will be money for maintenance. It is not a question of not having money, just manage it correctly then there will be money to restore the resort to what it used to be. Private unit 132: I did not sleep for 4 nights, no aircon and rats in unit.. when reported to owner it was denied until the aircon people confirmed the aircon wires were shewed off by the rats. Night 4 Cyril brought me a fan just to survive the night. Cyril is a star employee Ian. Thanks Bheki also for helping. Christian are you responsible for HASSOP at the hotel?
Woodfords car hire O R Tambo 3PM 10/3/2021 gave me a Renault Kwid with a mechanical fault!!! When I called them 5PM 10/3/2021 re mechanical fault, Nkanyso Manyle from the dbn control room ensured me it is NORMAL!!! SO for **** customer service and a NORMAL vehicle with mechanical fault.. hire from Collin at Woodfords OR Tambo. Be sure not to reach your destination and told that its normal when you need help with mechanical faults..
