You have the most pathetic service levels. You billed my medical aid on 21/02/2026. Today is 04/03/2026 and you have not delivered my medication. I call the call centre to be told that it is on hold because of a levy. I pay this cash every month - how is it different this month? Also, was i supposed to smell or get smoke signals about the levy? You made no attempt to contact me. Then i returned incorrect stuff last month that was not correctly dispensed. You billed my medical aid, collected the incorrect stuff, but did not reverse that on my medical aid or send me the correct stuff. You don't even deserve this 1 rating - it should be a -10
Wow you deserve a 0 rating. I constantly have to complain about your incompetence. Firstly, Dumisile answers the phone and says she can assist but cannot and says she is transferring me to the Pharmacist, A ANGIE answers the phone and when i explain my problems she speaks over me and tells me i dont understand what i am taking about. Then she says that she is not a Pharmacist and she will transfer me to one. So, her goes - The doctor writes a script for 12 months because my son only needs to have annual visits. She says that it is impossible - the script must be filled every 6 months. (I GUESS SHE KNOWS BETTER THAN THE DOCTOR AND SHE WILL PAY THE CONSULTATION FEE FOR THE NEXT VISIT TO GET A NEW SCRIPT). Secondly, on the script, the doctor clearly states that the medication must be rotated. *********** ANGIE says that that is not what the doctor has indicated on the script. @Bonitas, I am tired of having to deal with this level of in competence. MARARA must actually change to becoming an undertakers' business. They are not in this game to help people.
If i could give you a 0 i would. The most *********** company ever. Firstly, i have sent mutliple emails to which you have not responded. i still await a reply. Then i get a message saying that i owe you money. I call to find out what for because i paid my account in full and paid in advance this month prior to receiving my delivery. Your *********** staff member says to me she will transfer me to the pharmacy. HOW THE HELL IS THE PHARMACY GOING TO HELP ME WITH MY QUERY. I want this matter sorted and i want a call back before COB with it sorted. You are playing with peoples lives. I cannot believe that you are a preferred supplier for Bonitas - they need to reconsider that decision.
They deliver the worst service. Every time you call them, their lines are busy. You can hold for the longest time and still not speak to anyone. Marara, does Bonitas know that you billed my medical aid last week and to date you have not delivered my medication. I don’t have meds, BUT YOU HAVE ****** NONEY FROM MY MEDICAL AID. You have not responded to my email. And I cannot get through on your lines. BONITAS, you are associated with the worst pharmacy, they are not good for your image and definitely not goot for your customers.
They don’t deserve that 1.19 star rating that they are so proud to display. And that pathetic trust index - even worse. I cannot understand why Bonitas has chosen Marara Pharmacy as a preferred supplier. Your service is ‘Putting it mildly’ PATHETIC. I spoke to Winnie on Friday 24/01 who claims that you called me to update details - that never happened. But on 20/01 you sent me a message saying my parcel was handed over for delivery. ANYWAY- I give Winnie the details she claims was needed. She then promises that my delivery will be in 24 to 48 hrs. I confirmed with her ‘the latest Tuesday’ she rep**** YES. On Tuesday I get a message again that I must call them. Again the person answered the phone said that my address was not updated. I say but I did that on Friday and it was promised my medication will be delivered by Tuesday. Now fast forward, today is Wednesday no medication. I asked to speak to the manager, I was transferred to the pharmacy department. Sonolo from that department was even less of an assistance. LOL to top things off- I did not even receive an invoice for the co-payment amount, but I received an SMS with banking details to make payment. They are a JOKE. I pray from my deepest point in my heart that Bonitas discontinues this agreement. I cannot go through this ****py service every month. This Marara Pharmacy is going to be the cause of my death.
PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. I HAVE TOLD YOUR CONSULTANTS 10000000000000 TIMES THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED. THEY SPAM A PERSON WITH 2000000 CALLS A DAY. MOST ANNOYING. IS YOUR COMPANY AWARE OF THE POPI ACT?
I wish you had a -5 so that i could rate Pharmacy direct that, They are totally ***********. I wish that Bonitas did not use you and a sole supplier. And i dont want your manager Fatima calling me with feeble excuses. Your company has no idea of what SERVICE DELIVERY is.
I wish i could give Pharmacy Direct a -5 star rating. Your service is pathetic. I had this problem last month were you did not deliver on time and I have the same problem this month. I don't know why Bonitas uses you as a preferred supplier, So, after all you long apologies and excuses last month, and promises that it will never happen again. Here we are, again my medication is not delivered. Worst of all, you asked me to delete my post on X after the delivery saying the issue was resolved. So, you only want good reviews to reflect when in actual fact you have terrible customer service. Get this sorted TODAY still
Telkom does not have a customer service department. You can try to get hold of them is 20 different ways - it is IMPOSSIBLE. I understand the virtual - but there are limits. I have been logging my issues with my 2 data sims for 6 weeks now and i have no response. And your DUMB bot on twitter just responds with bot answers. You ask me to DM you my details and the bot gives me junk answers, I NEED HELP WITH MY DATA SIMS. THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION - I HAVE DATA ON BOTH SIMS
