I have submitted all the legal paperwork appointing my as Curator Bonis to the credit card holder. on 10/04/2024 I requested specific statements from the credit card division via email. To date I have not had the courtesy of a reply.
I have emailed the requested supporting documents to FNB card division to enable them to reply to my query dated 19 January 2024. To date I have not received the information other than a standard template reply. The service is unacceptable. Please assist me forthwith.
I have upgraded my Sodastream machine from the blue to the pink. I have an empty blue cylinder on hand which I'd like to have repurchased. Pick n Pay refuse to take the cylinder back. I have called the Sodastream toll-free telephone number (0800002291)on several occasions to no avail. I'd appreciate a reply.
Due to an amount claimed again (as advised by the consultant) Discovery Health's system erred and the result showed that I owe R3 208.90. In fact, this is incorrect and Discovery Health owes me a refund against my claim dating back to 16 April 2023. Since then I have spoken to Sherise (RF 9775686260), Norma (9856566584), Lerisha and Balu Mkize. All of them promised to call me back to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
The High Court in Kimberley issued a Court Order appointing me as Interim Curator Bonis for an injured patient granting me permission to accessthe current account of the FNB client. As far as I am aware, a Court Order that is not followed is 'contempt of court'. To date the FNB legal department have blocked my application and I urgently need intervention from someone in the bank who knows the law.
I took my car to this panelbeater for repair. The work done was good but, to my horror, when I collected my car the petrol tank had been completely drained. This is abhorrant.
I use Sage Accounting online. Up until 3 months ago Sage was able to upload transactions from my Nedbank account. 3 months ago Sage was able to connect to my Nedbank profile but the business bank account was no longer an option to link to. I, therefore, cannot upload the bank transactions. Sage have been extremely helpful but the problem is not on their side. I have contacted my Nedbank business banker, the bank helpline and so on to no avail. Every 'solution' they suggest does not work. I need someone who knows why my business account will not link to Sage.
My client's spouse passed away on 8 November 2022 with an estate worth less than R250 000. The Master of the High Court requires a certificate of proof of the deceased's account as well as the balance therein in order to issued the Letters of Authority. The surviving spouse requested same and was advised that the information would not be given to her until she produces Letters of Authority. This is a catch 22. Please assist the client to obtain the required information.
I recently sent an email to the Sunninghill Campus requesting feeback on their statement/brochure when I registered my son at the School. To date they have not had the courtesy to respond.
