I’ve been struggling to convert this link these guys gave me into a voucher number for atleast a week and I don’t have time for this ****… but guess what it’s my problem now!!! You guys need to your customer service in check because I don’t have time to be calling you guys for nonsense… your chat feature must be easily accessible and efficient
I am simply try to give these people my money/ update my payment info and get my service back on but the customer service is appalling it’s not even funny!!! What the hell is going on… how can a team that runs internet service be so ***********!!! BW Mosadi

Hi why would you guys allow for a merchant to debit my account 22 days later... What nonsense is this@this point I'm growing increasingly frustrated with Capitec. Yes it's a R145. 98 but it's my money... What quarantee do I have to invest more money with this bank and trust that no such **** will occur...
It's always difficult to get things done with this bank, i fell for an online **** - made a payment online on 5/30/2025 for a purchase on sneakers which turned to be Bogus. Logged an enquiry with Capitec and it's taking forever to resolve - this is the 11th day in now. I'm sure they can do better. Yet I knkw I won't have my money back off which(they have situations of this sort insured anyway) I'll take my business elsewhere including my familie's.
If there was an option I'll give them a minus 1 rating, their service has turned to ****... And incompetence. I don't even think they vat these drivers anymore - they just after a buck. Employing *****s - that's distasteful. But I'm going to do something about it - you can tell from the reviews they used to taking a **** at people. "I WANT MY **** VERSACE GLASSES I LEFT IN THAT BLADDY CAR OF YOUR DRIVER". that's my hard earned money.
Had quite an experience I Parow center hungry lion when these two ladies working in from started arguing and upset with one another right in from of customers... They got a few things wrong including not answering the actual questions as to what's the difference in meals we're about to purchase to the wrong coldrink... I really felt like I paid for ****... Because I ended up not enjoying my meal
SARS has completely lost it... It used to be a reputable establishment now it's gone bad... Penalising people for not filling when they auto filling already for one and giving you a 0.73cents now all of a sudden I owe them R2700. 00 they taking a massive ****.
These *******s took my money when I canceled within 4 days of cooling off period... I'm so annoyed... I'll give 48hours before I take this legally... Poor Customer service
