My Spar had a one day special on the 31st of May, I sent my son to buy he Jacob's special but he made a mistake and took 1 instead of 2, it was a Jacob's coffee 1xR199 and 2x250. I tried to rectify the issue the following day by sending him back, the lady my son spoke to refused to to give him the 2nd coffee nor let him speak to a manager then when he asked for the head office's number she also refused. So I wrote them on Facebook they only asked for my details then ignored me, then I emailed instead of the head office assisting me they gave my number to the store's manager Harold who flatly refused to let me pay R50 and get 2nd coffee saying they cannot be sure if the cashier told my son to get a 2nd coffee. Also if I contact Head Office they will also refuse to help. I advised him had the cashier told him to get a 2nd coffee he would have coz I had sent him to buy it in the 1st place. Now I understand my son was in the wrong but I was pleading with My Spar to assist in these hard times as saving goes a long way. Harold spoke to me in a very degrading manner plain rude it was his or no way didn't care. I really hope My Spar can look for better leaders.
Bad bad bad with no stock in 4 store midway, kwamashu, bridgecity and gateway but promotion is still running and they refused to pre pay for it and collect once they have stock. What kind of a store that is huge not to have stock it's shocking and disgusting
Home wifi not debited but received an sms it will be closed went to mtn store in midway before 5pm and they told me it's closed told them it's before 5pm but they refused I had a small baby with me and it was cold they didn't even want to help told them the wifi will be closed if I don't pay they still did not care. This says a lot about your company.
At 12h13 placed order for 4 wings but it's only came out at 12h44 no one bothered to advised when I asked was told its not put with an attitude only Zamo when I spoke was kind enough in gateway mall
Was told to wait till my services are disconnected then I can downgrade on the 31st of July. Today 2nd August call to downgrade only to be told it's not true and was given attitude by agent Esihle and the manager Jonah refused to take my call. What kind of an establishment than cannot transfer a call to a managers desk. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RECONNECTION FEE WHEN I WAS TOLD TO WAIT.
Been having problems with my absa app for a couple of years and having gone to their branches with no success at all, all that changed on the 4/12/19 when Ayanda from Gateway finally was able to help me. Though am not able to app but I can use the online banking. Thank you very, I hope you get recognised for going out of your way to help me. Much appreciated.
Over 3 months been requesting one thing them to refund me the insurance one of their consultant took without my knowledge its fraud now, but they are ignoring me and saying they calling and advise I can make appointments, I work just like them but they seem to ignore that, wish I could involve ombudsman but do not have the time. I am really fed up with absa. I do not want Basani Hlungwane handling this as from April she has not assist in anything.
Absa has let me down yet again, after I have complained about fraud done on my account. Hlungwane, Basani advised someone would assist me but they have failed. It been my money has not been reversed to my account and the person who did this was never dealt after I have requested for them to call me
I have been using absa since I was a teen, but lately am not happy at all. My app has not worked since 2017 as well as my cellphone banking. I have been to gateway, bridge city and field street but nothing. Now fraud has been done to my account where R23 is being deducted and I was told its absa life I have never joined it and when I went to gateway I was told to call absa life they did not care that I had said it fraudulent. Now whenever I do a transaction I get 2 notifications of which I'm not sure why I want my money back.
My phone's screen cracked and its insured with hollard insurance so I called the company and was told i need to pay excess and fax it at Game store and they would fetch the phone, and I did on the 27 June but Ram fetched it 2 weeks later when I was told 2 days. Then they told me once repairs has it, it takes 4 days to fix the screen and will be told the repairs amount and once paid phone will be delivered to me but that was 2 month ago when I called they repairs about imei not matching God knows what but within four days I will be contacted but nothing I'm paying for insurance still but the handset still no show. Now why would Game stores associates themselves with liars like Hollard Insurance.
