Visited the Wimpy store at La Lucia Mall for lunch, ordered my food on the app and paid with my linked card. Waiter informed me that the owner of the store had stepped out and left his elderly parents in charge who were unable to retrieve the order from the Wimpy online platform. Called Wimpy customer service who confirmed that the order had been placed successfully and payment processed on my credit. However, both parents were extremely rude and arrogant refusing to speak to Wimpy customer service and would not honour the order so I had to leave the restaurant. To add insult to injury, my refund has still not been processed by Wimpy. Please avoid this location as there are many other reputable eateries in the mall. This branch tarnishes the image of Wimpy and the owner needs to put knowledgeable people in charge of the store in his absence

Zandile was very efficient and escalated my query to the Recoveries department for assistance as payment was deducted from my credit card but an e-ticket was not generated for my flight
I must compliment Pilly from the online department for the superb service in assisting me with my purchase of a new Apple iPad 11 gen. She went above and beyond her call of duty to expedite delivery of this item to Durban for my son’s upcoming birthday. This truly a 5 star experience !!!
Returned a TP-Link MR600 WiFi router purchased online to the Pavilion store on 12/11/2021 which was still sealed in the original packaging but I have still not received my refund despite several calls to senior management at the store. Please be careful when dealing with Incredible Connection online purchases as the refund can only be done by the online and not in store which is totally unreasonable
Very disappointed with appalling after-sale service from GutterDoc. Installed a seamless aluminium gutter 12 months ago which collapsed. Tried calling them to rectify the problem, only to be told that the reason for the collapse was due to my existing aluminium gutter which has been in place for the past 5 years. They refused to accept responsibility for their poor workmanship and instead looked for an excuse to be paid an additional sum of money to sort out their problem. Please do not use this company as they do not abide by their guarantee on their workmanship.
