I absolutely enjoy the whole team there I've recently started using this petrol station,there so calm and polite and friendly such a pleasant experience from petrol attendant team to my favourite gentlemen Sazi in the coffee shop ...he makes your stop worthwhile he has such a pleasant persona and great service that even when I don't need to stop by but just to get that positive vibe energy from him ....great team there 😍
One of the track drivers mistakenly reversed straight to my right side mirror and gently apologised for the mistake and my car was fixed within a week thanks to the whole team Sanele the supervisor what an awesome gentleman...I also appreciate what they have done it speaks a lot about the company culture and I'm very grateful

I'm extremely disappointed with the service.last week Friday I had ordered full chicken to be cut in 8 pieces with two sides via Uber eats, I was delivered a full chicken uncut no salad and stale rolls ...I contacted the manager in charge Mishka on Saturday,she apologized for the inconvenience and and expected to me drive to westville mall to get a salad and rolls ,I had guests to cater for that Friday afternoon and secondly I ordered via Uber eats because I didn't Wana drive to westville mall..for the amount we pay for full chicken to be delivered with no salad and stale and to be asked to drive to westville mall when I paid for the service it's really disappointing....I emailed Mishka requesting a delivery but there was no reply.....can someone assist me to resolve this issues
Dear Nedbank, I had sent a complaint email two weeks ago and the customer service department was so efficient my complaint was attended immediately and found a solution for me . I am very much grateful and appreciate the quick response and finding a solution. I love the service I get from just message the Nedbank page on Fb ,its effectless and easy . Good day , I have been using nedbank for the pass few years now and I was happy with the service and I came 2weeks ago to try and open business When I went in the bank I was told I can open 6months free business account but they had told me I need to call the business call centre line , which I did ,when my first question was can I open a 6months free account the agent (Fezeka)said I cannot because the system of the free 6months business account is not working I was under the impression that it's longer going to be activated so I agreed to opening an account which is closest to cost effective......... Today when I got to the banker (Siya)asked me asked me why don't I open the 6months free account since my business is new ...I explained to him that I was told that the it's not working and Fezeka didn't fully explain that I can even do it myself online and check if the system is working or not I was told I need to set up an appointment to open an account..... please may someone look into to this as I am not happy at all with the situation as I won't be able to afford to maintain my business account atleast till my company is up and running and how the call agent handle my situation I feel I was being tricked to open high maintenance business account. I am extremely disappointed with how the call centre agent (Fezeka ) handled me as I feel I was being tricked ,can someone assistant into looking in my issue . Kind Regards, Nondu
I hope this reachs out to the manger who was on duty sunday 27/03/22 in the mornings ,I didn't get his name but me and my friend walked in for breakfast after our morning run ,my friend phone was flat and they had no two pin plug points but the manager offered to charge my friend phone in his office . I was really impressed by the service we received from him and his team such pleasant /warm and friendly environment..exceptional customer service ....please hope this gets to him ..I would highly recommend tigers milk Suncoast at any given time. I am so disappointed with the service I got today afternoon from Milkylane Galleria. I was helped by the cashier name 'Fortunate' her attitude was very unpleasant for a front face of the company,Please send her for customer service training.. Firstly,when I ordered a takeway Cappuccino I politely requested for ice cream topping instead of cream or plain which ice cream is not on the menu with a cappuccino,I tried explaining to her that I have requested it before at other milky lane and it can be done ...she went on saying it's just impossible and asked her colleague about it amd she also refused ..I understand the refusal part maybe they haven't done it before but I find that her attitude was just unwillingly to hear me out on my request . Secondly the Craft Soda I had ordered her colleague just gave it to me with no ice cream topping and I had to request for it..which I find very unfair giving an incomplete order . Thirdly,I am not sure how the take away systems operates...people that were far behide me had been given they orders I waited for more than 7mins to get an incomplete order with any apologies for the inconvenience. I have had such great experience with other Milkylane staff friendly amd vey helpful. I am disappointed by the service at Milky lane Galleria mall.please send staff for training.
Such an amazing exceptional service at Gamecity Sthobiso has been the best and efficient sales consultant. He made sure I got the glasses right suitable for me ..keep up the good work ...its such a pleasure working with you the pride you take in your job is phonemonal... I had such a pleasant experience this morning at Mugg and bean Galleria , Hope this get to the right people such excellent service I got from Thabiso ,very well mannered efficient young man . He made me feel very welcome and exclusive to be in the restaurant ,we need more people like him in such places they brighten your day . Keep shining and you amazing with your customer service .keep up the good work .
