I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. The way i was assisted today by Bohlale from MiWay was incredibly. His friendly, professional, fast and on the spot with everything. Im not used to get that level of service anymore in our beloved country. We'll done Bohlale, you deserve a shout out, today you are my champion for assisting me in such a great and professional way. Takealot are useless these days!! I have ordered and payed for items on 29 Jan 2021. Takealot said my parcel was delivered on 2 Feb 2021 which wasn't the case. I've never received anything the parcel im still waiting but according to Takealot the parcel was delivered. Takealot are liars and thieves. I've phone Takealot today at 11h30 to bring it under their attention Rhoda Williams from Takealot said they wil investigate immediately and blamed the 2 Star Courier company Fast & Furious Couriers for this drama. At 14h51 i sent Rhoda a email to find out if their is any updates on my missing parcel and apparently the courier didn't give them any response, No refunds no product this is unacceptable. KIM REED must fall i blame him. Useless CEO = Useless Operations. Takealot has become a clown show with every second order i place i encounter some problems. I want my money or my goods before Friday if i dont receive my goods i will personally open a fraud case against these clowns.
Im happy with the way MiWay interacted with me. Thandokazi Monakali was friendly and professional. She got the knowledge to lead and guide when it comes to drafting a will. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that i didn't receive any written documentation to go thru and to confirm that im happy with all the content in my will. Weeks has passed since i have been helped to draft my will but it feels like i dont even know what my will is stating and it can be disastrous if something is perhaps wrong. I would advise to give your clients at least of copy of their will so that we can have a clear understanding of everything and so that changes can be made if necessary.
I phoned MiWay because a rival insurance company wanted to give me a better premium on my vehicle insurance. Itumeleng Matlhare from MiWay kicked the competition and gladly reduce my monthly total premium. I also later needed help with my MiWay Express because I had login errors, Simphiwe Khumalo was awesome and kindly helped me with that. Thank you MiWay Team for the 5-star service.
My car broke down last night and there was no one to assist me. I was stranded alone next to the road after a very busy and long day. I felt helpless and decided to phone the MiWay assistance number. Pitso from Miway helped me, forgive me if i have your name wrong my brother. Pitso was like a brother to me. He arranged for a Tow Truck Loading Bed and even check up every 15 minutes on me to make sure im safe and fine next to the road. He even offered to call the police to stand with me to make sure i am safe. I couldn't ask for more, Pitso you are such a great and humble person the world need more people like you!!Thank you so much and thank you for making my problems yours. Thank you MiWay for the A+ and 5 star service. Im a very satisfied MiWay client, breakdowns are very bad when it happen, but MiWay made it a pleasant experience. On 27 November 2018 i placed and paid a order at Takealot.On 12 December 2018 they delivered a incomplete order at my house.The total items in the order is 14 items but i only received 9 items in 3 Boxes. 5 of the items in the order wasn't delivered to me at all with a value of R1195 and some of the items not delivered was also discounted and on promotion the time i placed the order.This order is mainly gifts for kids.For example some of the content is Smartmax, without the rest of the smartmax sets the current smartmax delivered to me cant be used in the way intended to be used.I phoned them,mailed them but they cant tell me where the other items are,They just say they will follow it up.I was charged before the items was shipped so there are no excuses. Im very disappointed in Takealot and now im going to disappoint the kids because of Takealot. On their website it showed that the order is delivered with a smiley face it is deceptive because delivery was incomplete.They also blame the courier company because according to them all items was scanned out of their Warehouse.They never gave me a Tracking number i can only track my order on their deceptive website with a inaccurate tracking system. They used Fast & Furious Couriers. Why do they use these guys i never heard of them before. I've been with Takealot since they was Take2 but can honestly say they getting worse and worse buy the day.This is just a prove that online shopping is not secure and safe with Takealot. Dont use them....i will never ever use them again!! They didn't deliver, the are unreliable and they are not organised.They make simple things complicated and they feel less about you once they received your money. How can anyone pay for items but wasn't even delivered to them? I just want the items i payed for and the items that belongs to me, nothing else.I payed for it and i want it.Please help or advise
I have three Telkom poles on my property with a Telkom cable running through my property.One of the poles are leaning seriously towards my house and seems like it is going to fall over very soon.The cables are pulled very tautly because of the angle of the pole and Telkoms lack of maintenance. Their is a Water tank between my house and the cable,and the cable is now + - 30cm away from my 4.5 meter high water tank.What if the cable pull the water tank on my house? I have a SMALL INNOCENT CHILD and this is a very dangerous situation caused by the poles on my property. I reported this matter several times to Telkom with no results. Telkom ridiculously even told me to go and report this to the Local Municipality which have nothing to do with Telkom lines.It really seems like Telkom dont want to do their work and they dont even try looking into this matter or try to come and fix this dangerous situation, i only received false agreed-upon timeframes from Telkom because they never even send a Technician out.By now i want to take the matter into own hands and cut the cables but Telkom told me its unlawful conduct so i dont know what else to do.As a existing Telkom customer i can testify that Telkom dont have any respect for my rights to safety,my aspirations and interests.Can Telkom respectfully please just attend to this matter because their poles and cable are making my property unsafe.
On 10 October 2017 i did sent Telkom an email asking them to please transfer my DSL line to the Telkom holding pool because i want to migrate my DSL line to another ISP.After many hours on the phone,multiple calls and e-mails,and more than 40 days Telkom still dont have my line in the Telkom holding pool.Its almost with every Telkom interaction Telkom tells you what you want to hear like yes your line is in the holding pool or from our side it appears to be in the holding pool but when i call my ISP they confirm my line is not yet in the holding pool.Why does Telkom have this dont care attitude and tell you things that is not true.I dont know how im going to resolve this matter because Telkom dont comply with my request,They have this bad attitude. Telkom just keep on blaming my ISP and say they must take over the line but my ISP cant take over the line because Telkom did not put it in the holding pool.The entire migration process should be completed in less than 7 days and can be done in 48 hours.Its more than 40 days already with no success.
This is not the first time....they don't answer their phones and if someone answer they transfer you to another person just to stay on the line with rarely anyone attending to your call . Poor service from our bank which is FNB Middelburg in Market Street who has the potential to negatively impact our business.If you really want to help us you can start by answering your phones. Don't ask stupid questions like how can we help you if you cant even answer a phone!! Call 013 243 1940 and see for yourself.
