Bought 54 slices of cheese and they’re all rotten, the expiry date says 24 March 2026, my daughter ate and I’m lucky she’s not hospitalized or had a reaction, very upset
The company made me finalize an agreement with them with light finalizing with my creditors 1st now I was double debited and I’m told I won’t get a refund
There was a double deduction which accrued, was told non of my creditors would debit which they did, dealing with Unathi Keleleku has been a nightmare as he isn’t giving feedback, I don’t know how far is my refund, when I call in they through client services I get told someone will call back which never happens
My money went off twice on Saturday and each time I call I get told a different turnaround when I’ll get my refund
I ordered online on the 7th of Aug and they canceled some of my items, I’m okay with that. Today is the 28th and haven’t gotten my refund, each time I call I get told it’s pending with finance and no one has an answer when I’ll get feedback, sent emails no response. I’m truly disappointed
If I had known it takes a month to get anything done by this bank I would’ve applied elsewhere,
I’ve been trying to cancel my contract as the 2 years is over from last month and they’re not answering my emails, not answering calls and keep hanging up yet they keep deducting

So I had to cancel my cousin's ID due to her passing. It was empty when I got there but something as simple as a stamp took me an hour. When I asked for assistance I was told that the people dealing with it are on lunch I asked the manager and he told me there's a queue. I fail to understand what queue as it was empty. Did all the dead people magically queue to cancel their own ID. Woooooooh shame black on black racism
