I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an unauthorised service that has been billed to my RCS account. I have been charged R59 per month for a service that I did not sign up for, and despite previous phone calls where I was assured this would be reversed, the charges are still appearing on my account from Blue Label Connect. I have phoned RCS and phoned Blue Label and keeps apearing month after month on my bill.
I am extremely frustrated. This *****ulent company has been billing me R59 for months, despite my numerous calls. They keep adding charges to my Makro RCS account and never reverse them as promised. I did not sign up for this *****ulent service. Please remove it from my account immediately.
After Elite mobile has confirmed that they will remove my number from the database. I have been contacted by them twice!!!!

Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that need urgent attention. 1. **Unusable SIM Card**: Upon receiving my new contract, I discovered that the cellphone number issued by Westdene Vodacom in Bloemfontein could not be activated. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to use the SIM card. I had to pay for another sim swap to use the sim after 2 months 2. **Inflated Invoices**: To add to my frustration, I receive inflated invoices every month, with additional charges of R260. These charges are unwarranted, especially considering that I have not been able to use the services due to the inactive SIM card. 3. **Loaded Services**: Upon investigating further, I found that three services were loaded onto my number without my consent: - **DR DR**: The first content service. - **R2 Subscription**: The second service. - **SwitchONFinance**: The third service. - Additionally, there is a fourth service called **PlayINC Arcade Daily**. 4. **Consultant Escalation**: I have contacted Vodacom multiple times, speaking to four different consultants. Each time, I requested an explanation and asked them to check if any minutes or data were used over the past three months. The answer has consistently been that no usage occurred. Despite promises to escalate the issue, I have received no response. 5. **Request for Credit**: I am tired of paying for Vodacom's mistakes and the inflated contract prices. I kindly request a credit for the charges related to the unusable SIM card and the unauthorized services. Please address this matter urgently, as it has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this issue.

Please note all the positive reviews for this company is **** and all the user profiles are new. They are being created by the **** company. Don't buy from them, they will ***** your money. They have no business adress. One of the "staff" claimed they are located in Rietfontein but they don't exist. Another member of their staff claimed they are situated in Bloemfontein and also in Durban. They only have a whatsapp number that is not Rica'd.
Don't buy from them. It is a **** website with **** products. All there likes on their pages are **** and bought. After you pay you don't hear from them again. There is no adress stated on the website and if you ask them for the adress a **** adress in Rietfontein, Northwest is given. you are blocked on their so called whatsapp number. Even the positive hellopeter comments were created all in December2023. If you go to fb transparency the page was created in 2022 but was changed in 2023. Even their website was only created in July 2023. All the photos on their website of powerstations and personell working there are photoshopped and negative reviews are deleted.
