I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. My premium went up with R800 this month. That is a 25% annual increase. I checked my emails, I did not receive an increase letter. This is daylight *******! I am so disappointed in you and so upset. How do you increase my premium from R2900 to R3700???
I have made HP complaints, we have asked your consultants to stop calling us. I dont know what more to do? are you incapable to do your work or understand that we do not want calls from you? Are you illiterate? If I get ONE more phone call I will report you to the National Consumer Commission. The number that just called me is 079 203 6417. STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We ordered Nandos through Mr Delivery. We had an item missing in our order. We logged a query for a redelivery of the missing item which Nandos told us to do. Mr D responds with a credit for only the amount of the missing item. What does that mean? We as the consumer must pay again for delivery? Not deduct it from the order amount and penalize the restaurant….? WE as consumer must pay for delivery again. You have agreements in place with restaurants but we are expected to oay the delivery again? I called in and got through to Rukaya who has NO enthusiasm to do her work, I explained why that delivery fee is not our problem, only to be met with an absolute snotty attitude and refusing to give her surname. We do not want your credit, we want a refund in cash as we do not want to waste a cent more on your business. Please give us a refund for the wings in cash. Also, I would be so ashamed to be associated with an employee that treats customers the way she does. She takes no pride in her work and does not give a hoot about client satisfaction. Does not have any knowledge how to handle an upset and unhappy client.
We have asked MULTIPLE times to please REMOVE OUR DETAILS FROM SALES. We are not interested in an account with you. We have asked you more than 10 times to please stop calling, but you don't listen. Stop it!!! I regret placing a cash order with you last year, because now you won't leave us alone. You are driving us insane!!
Please can you ask the home loan department to STOP HARASSING US!!!!! Our home is under debt review, which has been APPROVED. We also received confirmation via email that you guys will stop phoning, but I just received a call again from 010 497 2160. This lady also hung up on me as I confirmed the authentication request. Please just stop.
You blocked my card afterI entered my pin correctly all 3 times!!! Then I sent myself money via my cell number on instant cash. The voucher is not appearing. The sms confirmation never came through. The money was deducted from my account. You caused such an embarrassment and i assume you infuriated a lot of ppl today as when I call I am caller number 53!!!
My mom’s monthly contribution increased with approximately 120% overnight. From R1489 to R3300. I have been battling to reach them for more than a week. No one is answering. How on EARTH can you increase a pensioner’s contribution with more than double!!!! You are going to lose a LOT of clients. Your service is just as ridiculous as your fees!
This is a follow up HP complaint. Please be CAREFUL when dealing with these people. I have had explanation regarding the dishonest and incorrect proceedings regarding my contract with them. I have moved over to a new company, but MSD are failing to comply and process the transfer, they are ignoring messages from myself, my husband and the new company, because I made a Hello Peter complaint, calling them out in their incompetence. We have been requested by them to please remove our complaint in order to reach an agreement. Please be careful. We have reported them to the NCR.
Be VERY careful when dealing with MSD Consulting. I was bombarded with calls and whats apps to take up their offer (which sounded amazing) but majority of promises made, were incorrect and blatant lies. Once I joined, they couldnt care less about me. I was told that our joint bond will not affect my husband’s status because we married ANC. This was false. I was not told that some of my loan terms will be extended beyond 10 years. We were told that the “costs” to join will be evenly distributed throughout the terms, they took lump sums. I was told that our house will be settled in 8 years. They kept the term on 12 years. One of my creditors still debited their original premium, even though their instalment was covered for with my 1st instalment. They promise that they will be with you and take care of you once you join, but the aftercare has been **********. I have cancelled my agreement with them and was transferred to debtsafe. We have also reported this to the Ombudsman. Be very very very careful.
I am beyond frustrated and upset. I went onto debt review. First instalment was September 2023. My counselors gave instructions regarding interest as well as reduced monthly instalments. Firstly, Wesbank took a debit order, which has already been paid and included in the debt review prem. I have been battling with them, and got confirmation that I will at least receive a refund. I went onto my FNB loan history now and saw that FNB STILL CHARGED ME THE ORIGINAL INTEREST EVEN AFTER RECEIVING CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, on both my loans. This means, that I will now be going backwards and making more debt, as apposed to getting out of debt. Please just fix this. I am so frustrated with you. As soon as I am able to, I am going to change my bank and I never want to hear from you again.
