I have made a payment from my FNB current account to ABSA via PayShap on 4 January. The R2k payment is still not showing in the recipient's account 4 days alter. This is putting me in a very embarrassing position. This is the 1st and last time that I will use this service through FNB and will rather use the normal eft service. I have already contacted customer service twice since Monday and the reference number given is CAS-11412178-B5C1Q2. It is now past the 48 hours window. Please refund the R13 bank charge levied and return my payment if not resolved. Thank you.

I have placed a number of compliments on Hellopeter for the online companies that I have done business over the last year, all were great but the MOST outstanding service so far must definitely be from Takealot. When it comes to value for money on products and delivery time on orders you guys are the best by far!! Most of my orders were placed after 5 pm and with the exception of one order, ALL were delivered the next MORNING in Paarl which is not even in Cape Town where it is shipped from! One order from the Jhb warehouse were also delivered within 24 hours. I have placed two orders late last week (3 December) and both parcels got delivered today less than 3 working days later. On both orders I have used discount vouchers issued by Yuppiechef of between R 100 and R 150 and the pleasant surprise was 4 free cappuccino cups and saucers worth R 260 with my AeroPress Coffee Maker. The free book worth R 30 and nice handwritten card to thank me for my first order placed etc. just makes it even more of an awesome experience! Placed a couple of orders (one with R 150 discount voucher) and also one for a 125ml of L'eau d'Issey Pour Homme Eau De Toilette (at a SUPER R 400 discount) towards the middle of last week. Got upgraded to express delivery at no extra cost to me and was delivered earlier today. After struggling since the beginning of February to get my package sorted out, it now appears that Autopage is still not getting the correct billing amount right!! As usual it is NEVER in favour of the client!!! I only got HALF of what I PAID for February 2015 with no courtesy of a reply from their Head Office, so I have decided to write it off as I cannot waste anymore energy and time on this issue but they are going to deduct way more monthly according to what the contract states! AUTOPAGE, you are the most incompetent useless company in SA!!!! I will not be surprised if you go bust soon!!!! Account Number: 1.11456480
I have lodged a complaint on here, when Autopage only gave me half of my monthly minutes, data & sms as per contract on migration that were due to me, on 5 February. After a whole month of struggles it has finally been corrected on 1 March. I just want to commend Dee-Wayne Jaftha who went out of his way to get this rectified. Both him and Fredeline Johannes as supervisor are assets to Autopage and always a pleasure to deal with. They are also being let down by mostly less than competent staff from the head office/ call centre in Midrand which is unfortunate. If the details of my contract were entered correctly on the system up in Gauteng all of us down here in Paarl would have been saved a lot of time wasted and frustrations. Best regards. Jan
