After lots of research and plenty quotes we opted for Valley containers Mosselbay. What an excellent experience! Esmerelda at the office was a star at handling all our queries and admin - Great job! The most impressive Star of the show was Oscar, The "Driver" cum Crane operator! Communication expert, driver and operator of note and to top all, very professional and friendly in difficult situations. WELL DONE! Awesome to do business with people like this!
If you ever had that feeling of.... What if...? DON'T! Sunstore.co.za is a legit and as good as it gets! I checked up on Whatsapp what's happening and every time I called Tshepang knew exactly who was calling not only by name but by order number too! Payment as smooth and professional as you would like it. They under promise and over deliver on shipment dates, got my order before the expected date. Seldom has a business been involved in shipping as this one, every movement emailed to you. to enable you to keep track on a tracking number that should just do that but they walk the distance and then some. WELL DONE TEAM, thank you Tshepang! Keep it up! you'll see me again! The communication of this business is next level! Please don't confuse SUNSTORE with Sunshop. SUNSTORE rocks!!
Elzette at George Kiosk is worth her weight in gold for Courier Guy, after a missed collection and a LOT of lost/no communication from the rest of the team, Whatsapp team included. She managed to salvage a irate customer(myself) for the company. She showed me in a very professional manner how exceptional service and the right communication can make a dark deal the best thing since sliced bread. I was NEVER going to go back using Courier Guy again BUT thanks to Elzette all this changed. Thank You Elzette from Courier Guy, and now of course the rest of the team as well!! WELL DONE>
I have been letting my property out with Johnlee properties for more than ten years now, they have been doing a great job of that, there are the occasional hick ups but those are sorted out with professionalism and urgency. All round the team does a great job. Thank you Wikus, Marguerite and Johan.
I have yet to be embarrassed by a business like Sanlam's Reality program. After a phone call from their telemarketing department I upgraded after 10 years to Reality PLUS in order to take advantage of the offerings, especially the Lounge facility at airports. The telemarketer assured me that while I wait for my card, which by the way takes 6-8 week to be delivered!, I can use my membership number on the email provided. Why 6-8 weeks in today's time only Sanlam would know. I am sure that in that time I get billed for the service. Wanting to get into BIDVEST lounge at ORT today I was informed that I can access only with my card if I want to make use of the benefits, no other way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unless I fork out more money for something I am already paying for. Either Sanlam or their marketers are misleading the public on this matter or or there is a serious communication gap. All this after it worked well at George Airport!
After at least 4 calls to Nedbank's FICA department, including my so called personal banker, explaining that I am NOT close to the required documents and arranged to bring it to my banker at a later stage, they still decided to freeze my accounts. My business account's documents were in fact on time but that was frozen too, the other documents that were outstanding weren't mentioned at first at ALL. GOODBYE NEDBANK!

I rented a car from Avis Wonderboom, the refundable deposit, which normally is only reserved on my creditcard gets deducted. This was the 2nd Feb 2016, on Friday the 12th of Feb I enquire as what is happening with that deposit seeing that the rental amount was already deducted and therefore \Paid\". The very helpfull manager at the Pta Central branch informs me that it is a Avis mistake and that the manager from the Zambezi branch would contact me in this regard. Today is the 15th Feb and no call???? As well as no refund!!!! Are we financing AVIS or what??? After acall to the call center still no joy!! And no refund!!! Itbseems that AVIS is makingbit impossible to use them in future! I am very ?!$$EUR@ off!!!"
I went to HiFi Corp to make use of their promotional 4 day sale, unfortunately their suppliers failed to deliver the goods on time. I was irate, but after a call to their customer care did not only the branch manager but also Wayne from their head office contact me. Wayne made all the bad go away in a flash and made good their on customer satisfaction and then some. Thank you Wayne! Will see HiFi Corp soon again.
