The biggest ******* ever. I paid the full amount last night. Sadly the advert was not exactly as the given and I discovered information that I was not comfortable with regarding the accommodation. I cancelled today, less than 24 hours after the booking. Out of a payment of just over R11,000 they refund me R850. Regardless of what is on their website, the consumer has a minimum of 48 hours cooling off period. I will not let this rest. I will fight for my refund less admin costs. Beware. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM and of course they have a noreply email.

If you need a vehicle, Hey Halfway (Assagai) is the only place to go. Friendly, efficient, helpful, communicative in every way possible. This is the first time I have ever purchased from a dealer let alone financing a vehicle. Everything was clearly explained and they followed up to ensure that I was 100% happy with my purchase. When I had issues with the finance service provider, they assisted me, even though it was no longer Hey Halfway's problem. Danashree Mcallister and Carl Shaw need special mention. They don't just deal in sales and admin, they deal in people, care and service. A huge shout out to all at Hey Halfway Assagai for an experience that has been thoroughly enjoyed.
On the 29 August 2023 I paid the settlement amount owing on a vehicle I had financed through them. I asked for the log book to be requested and a statement to be sent to me. Reference 7053665408 Nothing received. On the 1st September I spoke to them again. Log Book Request No. SB2309/00097. I was informed of a 3 to 5 day waiting period. Log book would be delivered to me my work address which I provided. Reference for the call 7053754341. Nothing received. On 26th September I spoke to them again. Apparently log book requested from NATIS and another reference number provided SB2309/00097 Still nothing received. All I want is my logbook and a statement reflecting settlement. Shouldn't be too difficult. But I gather for Standard Bank us little people don't count.
SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. My daughter was involved in an accident two days ago. Not a word. No contact at all. So they happy to take your money every month but no care or concern for an accident victim. No help with the claim. No follow up. DO NOT USE INDWE. I have had so many problems since they closed the office in PMB. They just do not care

Judging by the number of no responses from Vodacom on Hello Peter I doubt I will get any resolution. All I want is a vodacom contract for data and minutes
I would like to know if anyone actually works at Stratum Benefits? I have an outstanding claim that no one responds to. Very embarrassing as the surgeon is rightfully, putting pressure on me for payments? Why do I pay for GAP cover if no one answers or makes an effort to resolve the problem. Very quick to take my money but in no hurry to assist. I did all the paper work and permissions as requested. Yet nothing. Not even a response let alone payment.

How is it possible that someone wanting to adopt a dog, filled in all the documents, provided everything needed, is kept waiting for longer than a week. Manager of Umgeni SPCA conspicuous by her absence. Does not return calls. Has not or will not sign off. Surely an adoption to a good home is better than putting the dog down? Why would I support and donate to an organisation that doesn't care about a honest kind and generous person who is desperate for a dog.
