Very disappointed with this company-I found their advertising to be false and disingenuous. Advertising the product at less 50% only to be told when logging onto the website that you need to buy a range of products to get the discount- the advert alludes to single items and not bundle items. I approached ***girls to highlight the error, they will not entertain or accept what their advertising states- they admit to click bait advertising which they term ‘Partial information Advertising’ I have kept records of the adverts and my conversation with them. I ran a public poll on the adverts to see if was just me who was not understanding the advert- 10/10 responses agreed that the advert shows a single item off at less 50%- Once again- let me state ***girls was not willing to offer the 50% off as stated
I found the process to be unpleasant- Returns and refunds were NOT easy, I had to keep following up the whole process- 6 weeks waiting for the exchange, very little communication from Bacon Bikinis, staff leaving, ladies on leave, all part of the email excuses-when I requested a refund after giving up on ever receiving the return- refund took 8 days to reflect in my account (and I had to email a second time to ask when it will be received?) no ladies, I don’t think this is good service? Even a follow up email to let me know refund was done would have made me feel better about the whole deal.
<div>My experience with Toned has left me lacking wanting more. The White cheetah print Joggers and Grey camo pants I purchased-- arrived with a bit of a delay- I ordered on Tuesday 13th July (there was political unrest and I was notified the following Monday that my order would be delayed), I followed up on the following Wednesday with whats app and was told the order would be dispatched later that week. The order arrived on the 26th July . I was rather excited to finally get the order as the images looked super on the website. Unfortunately, I was horribly dissapointed by the cheap polyester of the Joggers. I then went back onto the website to see why I had missed that they were polyester, only to see that the fabric is not actually listed on the item.. So with FB's wonderful algorithm, I now get Toned adverts on the regular- in fact the same advert that caught my attention in the first place! I have commented on the advert to say the pants are made of cheap polyester, which is the truth- certainly not worth R600 a pair! Apparently my comments are not in the best interest of another customer's purchase as I have now been banned from commenting honestly about a product on their adverts. I My last ditch attempt to make customers aware that this product is made of polyester to to lodge a review here.</div>
this company has an excellent service record, used them on numerous occasions. I always know that what I order is of good quality and delivery is very prompt. I like to deal with this ecommerce company, the website is easy to navigate, you are kept up to date with each step, delivers quickly and there is no waiting or delay . Keep it up ladies!
received excellent service from this company- I was constantly updated on dispatch and delivery- I cant wait to see the surprise our little one's face when he receives his gift!
The ladies at Shapewearshop go the extra mile. Their service is impeccable, responses prompt and delivery on time. Exchanges and any problems are sorted quickly. Highly recommend and a breeze online experience
I have been patient, very very patient- but today was the last straw- Trendsetters Travel, has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I feel this company takes from Peter to pay Paul. To date- We are 4 months down from the date we were meant to leave for the Euro school tour (15 April)- Tour cancelled (March) due to Covid. -Confirmed full/Partial Refunds were paid back to Trendsetters by suppliers/airlines but those refunds back to us have been delayed. (Noted another reviewer on FB was paid back 26k of their 36k rather promptly compared to our situation) August 2020- We have received a 14k refund of the 40k we had to pay in full by January. Selective parents quietly refunded back more than others. Zero payout (and canned feedback) from BRYTE TRAVEL INSURANCE. . If you are a parent considering sending your child overseas on a school tour- please do your research on Trendsetters, investigate if they are accredited and accountable, research the insurance company that they use. Please take this as a warning to do your homework. Trendsetters only forthcoming with answers when pushed- Will be lodging complaint with CPA, and seeking legal advice.
Claim 33606- Has been sitting with Bryte Travel Insurance for over two months - after 3 emails and no response - finally receive a canned response about delays due to Covid- Covid has been with us for 150 days to date- If you cant get your act together in 150 days- you are doomed as a company. Please process our travel insurance claim or at least have the courtesy to offer us a date when it will be processed.
