POTHOLES ENTERANCE OF LIFE STYLE RANDPARK RIDGE Good day, I have been trying to get hold of someone at Lifestyle and keep being advised to send an email. Not sure if this will reach anyone. There are three large potholes at the robot entrance to your centre. They have been there for weeks, and it is concerning that no one from the centre has taken the initiative to address this or report it to JRA. Other businesses in the area are fixing issues themselves for the safety of their own clients. I travel this road daily and visit Lifestyle every second day. As a result of these potholes, I have already had a burst tyre, and I am understandably very unhappy. This situation is discouraging and poses a risk to your clients. I kindly request that this be urgently attended to, either by arranging repairs or formally reporting it to JRA, to prevent further damage or incidents. Thank you for your urgent attention. Subject: Concerns Regarding FNB Call Center Service Dear FNB Customer Service Team, I have been a loyal FNB client for nearly 30 years, and I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service at your call center. It is extremely frustrating to deal with, and I am unsure why it even exists in its current state. Background noise, including shouting and laughter, creates an unprofessional atmosphere, making it difficult to receive proper assistance. It often takes multiple calls before reaching an agent who is both willing and able to assist. This reflects poorly on FNB, a bank that claims to be a leader in technology, yet seems to be falling behind in customer service standards. The current level of service is unacceptable, and I urge you to address these shortcomings. Perhaps better management or additional customer service training is needed to ensure that clients receive the support they deserve. Woolworth Rivonia Freezochino:( Several years ago, I used to order the Woolworths coffee Freezochino, and it was delicious. However, I'm not sure what has changed, as it no longer tastes like coffee, but instead has a caramel flavor. The coffee taste seems to have been removed, and I’m unsure what kind of powder they’re mixing. Additionally, they are now adding caramel around the cup. Please bring back the original Freezochino that tastes like coffee, not caramel, at the Woolworths Rivonia branch. Thank you,

@Food *****'s Market Chilli On Top - Disgrace I recently visited Fruit *****s and sought a box to carry my vegetables, only to discover that the boxes were being repurposed as makeshift seating. To my astonishment, the new owner had removed all the chairs, leaving customers to sit on used vegetable cardboard boxes. There is a time for sitting and a time for standing; prolonged standing can impede blood circulation in the legs and elevate the risk of developing varicose veins. Many professions, particularly in healthcare and manufacturing, necessitate extended periods of standing. Having been a patron of Fruit *****s for several years, this situation was quite an eye-opener. What has become of our sense of humanity and awareness? I imagine that many of you who work in offices enjoy the comfort of a proper chair.
