Group reservation cancelled by Holiday Inn Express at last minutes after months of planning.
ASAP handing out vouchers that don't work. when queried you are ghosted useless automated emails sent to keep you hanging. not good asap, very bad. Checkers Sixty60 is much better at this.
Claim - 5497054 Submitted claim to ABSA just to be ghosted by agents. No response for weeks. call but can't get hold of them.
ASAP apology voucher expires before expiry date. No response from support services.
Returned a robot vacuum cleaner. The driver took back the incorrect item after I clearly explained via telephone which one to return. Takealot refuses to honour the return even after I had sent back the correct one. Also, seems Takealot will not honour any returns. they look for lame excuses why items returns are rejected Sad, after being a loyal customer for decades.

was promised 2 - 7 days but waited 2 weeks for them to install a dead router. no follow-up service another 7 days later still no internet. got a cut n paste response from Marlize, all promise but no action. Looks the company is out of capacity. they have grown too big to support their customers... will be moving to VOX.
Had to wait 2 weeks for an installation after I was promised 2 to 7 days. No communication on the delay Installation was eventually done but the connection still not working. no another 3 to 4 day turnaround for a support ticket to be resolved. no feedback on progress,
I had my wallet and phone ******. thieives still got to swipe my cards even after reporting it to FNB. no communication on getting a whether I was going to get a refund or not
money taken off my credit card and FNB is not helping to resolve the issue. no communications from them.
