Placed an order and was told it would take 15, waited 15 minutes, then was told another 2 minutes, after 40 minutes still no delivery...person serving still insisted it would take another 2 minutes...should have spoken the truth from the beginning and saved me allot of inconvenience...further when I looked around poor hygiene standards. Will not be back
I purchased products from the store on 30/01/2016.<br> Products had incorrect prices reflecting on the shelves. This was also not the first time.<br> Bob Martin tablets for cat and dogs shelf - R 49.99 each on shelf and I paid R 53.99 each.<br> Nibbles pet treat - shelf price R 16.99 I paid R 18.99. <br> Kidney beans shelf had R 16.99 I paid R 24.99. Gram dhall also incorrectly priced.<br> Besides incorrect pricing the products advertised are not stocked on the shelves, forever out of stock.<br> Untidy environment as well.<br> Cannot get hold of mangers.<br> <br>
After being a customer for +22 years on Saturday 24/10/2015 I booked a facial at Truworths Gateway with consultant Reena. I was told it was no problem and as I had made a booking for only my daughter I should also come in and get a facial done.<br> All dressed up for a function and after getting the facials then get told I have to make 2 treatment purchases per person before leaving. Much to my embarrassment as I was not carrying my account card . I hold an account with the store and I wanted to give my id number and sort out this mess on Monday . I was told this was not possible and I had to make a purchase immediately. All dressed up I had to then produce my account card and stand in the queue without assistance from Reena. Really disappointed at her service and lack of informing me of the details earlier. <br> Would definitely not be using this branch again as she was also not available previously on another query and did not call me back.<br> I do however want to thank her 2 assistants Ntombi and I cannot remember the other ladies name for their help.<br>

Still no feedback from Premier foods, even after returning their call.
