This company will honestly ignore answering your queries or attending to your claim, but they will never forget deducting money from your account. When you with IWYZE you are honestly on your own.
The way iWYZE handles claims will honestly make you hate insurance companies. I honestly don’t think this company values it’s customers or will I ever recommend it to anyone. Everything with them is a constant struggle. It has been a month of ups and downs that have amounted to nothing. Their call centre is horrible. You may be on the line for 30minutes or so, and it will just end the call and you will have to queue again.
It's so unexpected that in such an establishment one has to bath with cold water in winter as there was no hot water. I am very disappointed.

I went to Nandos Thohoyandou Mvusuludzo with a friend to have lunch, the place was full and we could only manage a table outside. We ordered one of the ****tails they mixed with Sprite and some food. As soon as the drink was delivered a lot of bees came flocking. We asked if they had a light to help us with the bees and they told us they don't. It's very concerning to have a resturant that knows it has an insect problem not to have a light. My friend has a phobia against bees and she was uncomfortable the whole time we had our meal as bees were in and out of our drinks. We asked the waiter for condiments and she told us to go inside and pour for ourselves, the table next to us had condiments on their table. It's sad that such a popular resturant is being tarnished by poor service in one chain.

As an institution of distance learning, one would expect the institution to answer calls, but I have been stuck since July paying for a module I am supposed to be accredited for and I am not doing. I have called countless times and the numbers I call just rings or are disengaged. It is really problematic to get hold of anyone from their side. I don't even get feedback on emails I said. Please improve the quality of your services because your students are suffering.

I had to return a product as it was a bit off, the manager helped me with great ease. Food Lovers Market is the epitome of excellent service. Keep up the good work and treating your customers with great care.
I went to Caltex Wonderpark,Pretoria to pour petrol on the 23rd of February 2016 at around 18H00. While I was there I decided to enter the Freshstop and get something to drink. I bought 500ml of Mageu ( Cream flavour). The expiry date on the package was 02 March 2016. As I normally do when I purchase a similar product, I opened it and took a sip instantly. To my suprise, the product was rotten. I went back to the store and informed the security guard. We went to the fridge and he opened 3 similar products which were also expired. He called out to the cashiers to inform them of the situation. The cashiers responded that they were aware that the products were expired and he should give me the banana flavour which does not have similar problems. This angered me that the store knew that the products were expired and still kept them inside the fridge. I had to suffer from food poisoning for something that could have been avoided. It's very unprofessional of the store and its staff.
I decided on Saturday the 13th of February to take my cousins out to the movies as one had a birthday that was coming up and wanted to celebrate in advance. They wanted to watch Ride Along 2 and I watched Deadpool. From the moment I entered the cinema it felt like someone had light a fire inside as it was very hot. I thought conditions would get better as the movie started but they never improved. I set down looking at the time uncomfortably waiting for then movie to end and it was dreadful. I was sweating the whole time and could not even focus on the movie. I really did not enjoy the movie. To make things worse my cousins came out complaining about the same problem from their cinema. It was really an unpleasant experience for all of us.
