<p>As a sales person, I work with clients every day of my life and for the first time in my life I cursed someone (like a pirate) while trying to sort out a problem and I have to say after 13 years of buying BIG BOY and referring every person interested in buying a s******. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I mean if you buy a brand new s****** and it breaks 3 times in the first 3 months you have it, any business with a sense of humanity or respect for a client would say you know what maybe its a problem give the client a replacement but no... I have to scream and beg just for them to take a thorough look to see if it is a faulty s****** and then I have to pay for an assessment. WHERE IN YOUR FREAKEN LIFE???? So if you have to work with BIG BOY HEAD OFFICE don't even waste your time! They have no sense of customer service or in that case customer satisfaction!!</p>
<p>In July I bought a brand new RCT 170 from a big boy franchise in vandelbijlpark, i got the s****** all hunky dory and after 2 weeks it started giving me problems. i called the dealership in the vaal and they wanted me to bring it in unfortunately I live in Kempton park so, I called BIG BOY head office and explained that there is only 57km on the clock they then sent me to silver spokes motorcycles who said they went through the whole bike and the charging regulator and the battery was replaced this took 5 days. well not even 130km further the whole exhaust pipe just came off so, I took it back to the workshop in Kempton park 2 days later i got my s****** back again not even a week later the s****** started making a strange noise...they called me to tell me that the drive belt has parished well this was a s****** that has just over 300km on the clock, except for the fact of the lights on the dash still flickering from the first time I took it in. Now the s****** is with BIG BOY head office and my request for a replacement/refund has been turned down more than 3 times! I cannot get myself to understand this absolute poor performance from BIG BOY I grew up with 19 cousins rolling in the dirt from our big boy off roads which we bought more than 7 years ago and they are still going that was the only reason I bought a big boy again and now this. I want a refund or a replacement is that so much to ask???? I am so disappointed!</p>
About a month ago i moved my insurance to budget insurance, last night there was a break in to all the cars in yard and they stole everything from the cars. they smashed out my window They took from the front my radio, garmin and handsfree kit and then my laptop wallet(with cash) and cellphones from the boot i immediately called the police and i could only call the claims department after 8 am. Exept for the fact that glasfit wont help me today with a window i recieved an email that my claim has been rejected because i am claiming for unspecified goods.<br> now i am really confused for what am i paying insurance??? i mean the garmin and karkit needs to be specified?? it is not like the garmin was against the window for all to see it was in my cabin!!! And my laptop? no sorry it was not specified... what is the matter with you? I understand that i cannot claim for the money that was there. I never in my life claimed for a break in and this is how i get treated??? I made the worst mistake of my life moving to BUDGET INSURANCE!!!
First of all I need to say that I am extremely disappointed in My insurance company DAILDIRECT,<br> I called in this morning because i did not recieve an email or letter stating my premium will be going up after I complained and ofcourse the consultant said that they sent an email out he will put me through to another department to see if they can bring it down again. after 5 seconds the call dropped and no one has even bothered calling me back. I am so done with this company this is rediculis
My contracts will be coming to a end and i am thinking of moving my lines over to telkom mobile, to start it of i tried calling the shops yesterday to find out about deals but not one of the 5 stores answered their phone i tried calling GREENSTONE, FESTIVAL MALL, EASTGATE, BENONI and VAAL MALL and no answer! is this how you do business?
We were sitting in line to order already waiting 7 minutes for 2 cars to go through the drive through. When we got to the window to order there was no one, after my attempt to call someone we sat there for a few more minutes listening to the people fight about something. Eventually I got a hold of my hooter and the guy that came out didn't't even greet us properly, so i asked for the manager and when he came to the window with a \ya\" i was instantly upset! Is this how you treat a client????We buy our food there for over 3 years but i will never buy food there again!! If this is how you do your business i will make sure never to make use of any KFC ever again!!!"

Well to start of I am not very pleased as you can just imagine. I went to checkers yesterday to get myself a quick lunch as i do not have a lot of time when i got back to the shop i sat down to eat before another client comes in. after the 4th bite i noticed a black thing in it when i opened it up there it was a flippen fly in my food. i am disgusted i couldn't stop gagging thinking that i might already have eaten another one. this is outrageous!!! i will rather get in my car and drive somewhere else to buy food before i buy food from you again!
