Its been since november 2025 last feedback.!!!! Its now February and now feedback. 6months since the vehicle was repaired!!! Claim number : CMP100396566 / CL101760234
On the 13th june a guy reversed into at my kids school. (my first accident). The claim was approved and the bakkie is repaired we obviously had to pay the access. I have sent a emaul on monday to follow up on my insurance as to get feedback on whats happening with the progress on claiming from the guilty party.. Since then no feedback.
Yet again DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RCS. EMAILS MSGS AND BOW WHATSAPPS. IM SAYING THIS FOR THE LAST TIME I HAVE NO ****ING INCOME. I CANT **** OUT MONEY AND GIVE IT TO U. Dont do business with these people they dont help you. My accounts term was 12 months and 12 months the loss of income paid my premium and now i still owe. I have told RCS numerous times that i have NO ****ING INCOME and stil they want an arrangement???? What arrangement if i dont have an income. SO HAND OVER THE ****ING ACCOUNTS AND GET IT OVER WITH. SO WE CAN GO TO COURT.. I DONT HAVE ANY SORT OF INCOME. ALSO GOT THE BREACH OF CONTRACT LETTER TODAY. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RCS.
Hi have explained via email and sent thru the bank statements. I have absolutely no income since the time i first claimed for loss of income. I cant make a payment arrangement as i HAVE NO F... G INCOME. So hand over my accounts theres absolutely nothing i can do. I dont have a job so i dont earn an income.
DONT EVER GET A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE THERE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT IS PATHETIC DONT APPROVE UR CLAIM AFTER YOU LOOSE UR JOB FOR A SECOND TIME... AND THEN YOU GET HANDED OVER AND CANT ACCESS UR STATEMENT.
I have told i dont know how many people phoning from mr price even emailed them that in may i lost my job and still i get the messages. Yes i know my account is in arrears since i dont have an income.
Not happy with ur insurance department. Since i lost my job struggling to get the paperwork thru to them they still declined my claim. Now Capfin which i told i lost my oncome still phones sends messages. Yes i know its in arrears. I have no income.
I would like to bring to everyones attention the pathetic service from Ackermans. I have sent an email end may/june as i have lost my job. There reply is that there's not insurance that would cover my monthly payment. And to this day they sent messages that despite there efforts to help me my account is in arrears. Yes i know its in arrears where do u think i must **** out money since losing my income.
I have been struggling to get this approved ive sent thru the unemployment letter from the last two companies i worked for. And still no feedback. The last email was sent on 19 August 2024.
