I've had 2 Cell C contracts since 2008. Today I tried to do the scheduled upgrade they tell me that I can't because I was on debt review at one stage. Everyone lost a lot during Covid but never did I fail to pay my Cell C account. What utter ****. All my years of staying a loyal Cell C customer and this is the treatment I received.
About a week ago we bought a lounge suite and a tv from House and home Westgate. The sales person's name is Secret. The lounge suite was to be delivered and after testing the tv Secret helped my husband load it in the car. When my husband pulled off the plastic from the one side and switched on the tv there was stripes running from the one corner to the next. Keep in mind we have a year guarantee on it, Secret asked his manager what to do and the reply was firstly we have to pay to have it repaired. Then it was bring the tv back and they will sort it out. We told them we want a refund or put extra money in to get a new tv. They refuse. For me that is not an answer. I have never ever dealt with such poorly trained sales people nor managers. And we paid cash for everything. So our money is good enough. Wonder if we bought on credit if we would have gotten better service
As per my previous review on the MFC, no service was offered except two calls saying they are working on my compliant. They need not try contact me as their service delivery is the worst I've ever encountered. Yes I have paid my one installment that I was threatened for every single day and collecters sent to my house. I tried making payment arrangements but was refused by Joyce Majola.
I am on debt review. I have fallen behind on 3 car payments due to the lock down. My installments gets paid by debt review and the arrears of +- R6000, I have paid R4000 and there is a balance of R2298.35 in arrears. I own up to that, but what what frustrates me is that when I called Joyce Masemola to make arrangements, she flat out refuses to help me make any arrangements and sets collectors up to repossess my vehicle, like i am a common criminal. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a bank or any other instance. Everyday receiving threats from collectors and even having them show up at my place of work. If i refused to pay or I am avoiding them, by all means, but I am the one phoning to make arrangements.
