Struck a pothole near Worcester and lost my tyre. I have 21" run flats which is a rare tyre and size. Ansley and his team at Worcester TWT gave me excellent service and sourced a tyre from Cape Town the same day and stayed after hours until the tyre arrived for them to install.
It is unacceptable that this company can impose am increase of almost 19% on subscription charges. Just because they have you locked in on a contract doesn't mean they can do what they want to with increases.
I purchased the Premium Q-series Soundbar HW-Q800C from Samsung a couple of months ago. One of my purchasing decisions was the fact that it can be expanded to true surround sound system by adding the wireless surround sound speakers (SWA-9500S) as clearly stated on the Samsung South Africa website. I contacted Samsung South Africa via their website to enquire where I can purchase the rear speakers and received no reply. I then contacted them by phone and the call center agent was uninformed and of no help. I then went to the Samsung store at Canal Walk in Cape Town to enquire whether I can order the speakers from them and the sales assistant informed me that they are not available in SA. I now sit with an expensive soundbar that cannot be upgraded to the configuration I originally purchased it for. This is clearly fallacious tactics in order to upsell their products.

I have never experienced such complete and utter incompetence. We cancelled our fibre line with Telkom by means of the correct procedure on 19 September 2017. We received the automated reply which stated that it will be attended to in 21 business days. Nothing was done and Telkom kept debiting our account with the monthly fee for several months after and even continued to do so after the service was eventually stopped. I have spent hours on the phone with numerous call centre agents, have a ton of reference and dispute numbers and still no resolution. We are owed in excess of R2000.
