Vodacom has been charging "entertainment services" on my boss's account of which he knows nothing about and has not subscribed to. We would like to be refunded for these incorrect charges.
The customer service at Standard Bank is truly appalling. I needed to collect my credit card (which other banks deliver to you for free) from the Sandton City branch. I waited for over 45 minutes just to collect a card and eventually had to leave as it was taking so long. I even asked to see the Branch manager who took so long to come out of his/her office that I had to leave. Standard Bank is highly inefficient when it comes to the needs of its customers. Needless to say I'll be switching banks.
I was admitted for pneumonia at Life Fourways Hospital. I keep getting letters for co-payment for a back procedure & treatment. I've been emailing the accounts depart and trying to call them but have had no joy as no one answers the calls. Discovery has also tried calling them to rectify the codes but haven't had any luck. What is going on with Life Healthcare???
For the past few months MTN does not send me my invoices. I have had to call through to get it. Now there's no option to even speak to someone when you dial 135. When you send an email to customer service you're lucky if you get a response within 2 weeks. How can a huge company like MTN operate like this?
I placed an order online on 12 May 2020 and I have tried emailing and calling customer service to get a response as to what my tracking number is and when can I expect delivery and to date have had no response. The amount went off my credit card on the same day. The automated response says someone will get back to me within 48 hrs and 2 weeks later I am still waiting....
I upgraded my contract at Morningside MTN. I was told if I took a certain contract with a Samsung phone I would get a Take a lot voucher. I needed to sms my IMEI number provided. I did and nothing happened. I have made many calls and sent mails to MTN regarding no response on this. I have been told to call the Samsung who told me to contact Takealot who then told me to contact MTN. Everyone is passing the buck. I took out the contract with MTN not any of the service providers. The service at the Morningside branch is appalling. I keep getting told that someone will call me but I'm still waiting.
I applied for a store card and filled out the application form at Morning Glen WW. The information captured has the incorrect surname and now I am told it would be declined or I would have to reapply because of the incorrect surname. I am not sure how I ended up with the surname captured onto the application and my WRE card as well.
I bought a Fitbit HR which is endorsed by Vitality only to find out that it cannot read the heart rate. How does Vitality endorse and approve a product without doing their homework first. After many calls to the call centre and e-mails I was told that I would get feedback on the way forward by 15th March, which needless to say has come and gone. I bought the Fitbit HR because it was wristbased and did not want a heart strap. I was told that they would exchange the Fitbit and I have yet to hear about when this is going to happen. I would like my money back so that I can get a product that works (until Discovery decides to change that too!). I have already provided my details and receipt.<br> This is so frustrating!!!!<br>
I purchased a daddy's deal coupon for a brazilian blow for my daughter & I on 13th Dec 2015. I was told that if i bought the pack (shampoo / conditioner etc) it would help with the frizz. I bought the pack which was quite expensive. I was told that the brazilian blow would last between 2 to 3 months. My daughter's hair was straight for a day only cos as soon as she washed her hair it disappeared and looked as it did before the brazilian blow. My hair also became frizzy again after 3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the product and service.<br> I also called Cecelia twice in January when they opened and she said she would get the owner to call me about it. I am still waiting for the call.
I won a prize on the 31st January 2016 and was advised on that day that my prize would be couriered to my home address and someone from marketing will be contacting me during the course of the week. After 2 weeks of waiting I sent e-mails to the marketing department. I eventually managed to get through to Roberta who asked me to forward the mail to her. After a week or so I received an e-mail from Arletta who said they were busy with fin yr end and the prize was sent to the post box. I thereafter sent follow up e-mails regarding the tracking number and why it wasn't couriered to my home as was indicated when I won the prize. I have not, despite sending many e-mails, received a response to this.<br> <br> I do not understand why I have to be the one keep following up and this makes me wonder if the prize even exists.
