This company has been cleaning my carpet for the past 20 years. I have only top ratings for them. They also domy upholstery and cutains whilst hanging. This family run business is caring and honest. I would not use anyone else
Our Tata Hi Ace bakkie broke down 6 weeks after its 50,000 km service. Turns out it had blown a hole in the engine. Since then we have experienced nothing but a nightmare from Tata. Their customer call center is a nightmare that just pushes the blame on the dealership we sent the car to. The one lady I had to deal with was so rude I have never been spoken to like that. I have sent so many emails to the Head office CEO Mr. Pedro Ferriera, asking him to respond and to please call me. To no avail. He has not bothered to respond not return my calls. I have sent numerous emails to Tata customer care in India. Received no reponse. I have had to take legal counsel and only then did I receive a response to my legal representative to basically say that they are within their right. It is not 46 days that they have my car. The gave us a loaner eventually a small sedan. We bought a commercial vehicle with a canopy as we needed this for our business and a small sedan cannot possible be used to carry our machinery etc for our business. Last week they eventually offered us a bakkie, but without a canopy.... what can that help us. Our machinery will get wet in the rain and then stolen. That is totally useless for us. Its like giving someone a car without doors. Everytime that they give us a date that our vehicle will be ready they do not stand by that date and then they blame the dealership. Since we are just the public we have not recourse. Our vehicle is under warranty and there is nothing we can do. We are just their puppets and they can do as they please. So think very carefully when buying a new Tata. Their warranty is worthless because if something breaks down you wait forever. This is not the first thing to go wrong in this vehicle. The first thing to go was the gear box. That too took over 6 weeks to repair.

this is the third time that i have ordered from takealot and that they have let me down. firstly one sits at home waiting for the delivery. they say they will deliver within 3 days. so for 3 days you sit and wait at home.... they deliver on the 4th day... then naturally they delivery the wrong item. the charge you and you pay for the item you order. they invoice you out for the item you order, but when you open up the order, it is something else. last year i ordered a silver standup fan, they kept delivering me a white one. taking it back and delivering me again a white one till eventually they wore me down and i kept the white one., they apologized and said they would send me gift vouchers..haha...Now i have ordered a suitcase they have sent the wrong model and size and i have just about had enough of them. They said that they would change it over the weekend. maybe even friday (3.6.2016) or sa****ay 4.6.2016. it is now sunday night.......still waiting.... This is supposed to be convenient online shopping experience. i never have that problem with any other online store.....only takealot.....

On the 26th Feb 2016 I complained to MTN fraud dept. regarding an amount of R31,304.00 that was taken from my bank account by fraud by MTN. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT AN MTN CUSTOMER AT ALL. I explained that i had managed to get this amount reversed by my bank. There was also an amount of R580.00 taken fraudulently from my account by MTN on the 25th Jan 2016 as well and this amount I did not manage to get the bank to reverse. Each amounts also incur service fees of R17.50 each. In addition the amount of R31,304.00 which I managed to reverse incurred a reversal fee of R60.00 for my account.
I was told by the fraud department of MTN that they would be reversing these amounts and crediting my bank account. But they are ignoring my emails and not crediting my account.
I think that somewhere it is illegal just to take money from someones bank account without their prior permission, to me it is like theft. I will have to now take it further. Just would like to warn other people of what MTN is doing.
I have been contacting Cell C retentions now for the past 2 and half weeks to try move my number to a pre-paid number. I have been put on hold..hung up on. Tried to be convinced that if I move to a prepaid I might lose my number. Although when I said that when I went into a branch to query this they rudely told me that the branches are all franchises and they do not what is really the rules. . I am sick and tired of being pushed from pillar to post and cannot move my number which the contract expired over a month ago to a prepaid. I am told constantly that it would be better to take a new contract, which I do not want to. (that way they say I will not lose my number).
I am fed up with the lies that I am being told.
Today I called 4 times. and Also went to try sort out the problem with the branch at Norwood mall who said i could only do it with the cancellation department.....Help back to square one. So. I cannot move my number to prepaid. I call they hang up. Eventually i spoke to someone who said they would email the retention department to call me within 30 mins. That naturally never happened...
