The app has incorrectly mot allocated a safe day on a day that both my trips’ journey scores are over 80% and I’m still waiting for a response to get it fixed. Feb being a shorter month, this error will cost me a part of my safety bonus if they don’t fix it urgently today! Just even a response would be nice!!
I have asked 3 times for clarification as to why and how to relink my fitness device to the multiply app. I’ve received multiple comms telling me I need to do this by end of Dec in order to keep earning rewards in 2025 (active dayz). I’ve asked for clarification and twice received info that I need not relink my device. But after receiving another sms reminding me to relink my device I’ve requested clarity again, which has been left unanswered since last Friday (20 Dec). This is beyond frustrating!!
Do not use Makro online! You will struggle for weeks to get your order from them, if ever! They are happy to take customers’ money but then you have to struggle for weeks to get them to deliver your order. Twice I’ve received messages that my order has been delivered when it hasn’t. And they’ve promised 6 times it will be delivered by the end of the day but then nothing gets delivered. It is disgraceful and they are disrespectful towards loyal customers who use their hard-earned income to support Makro. Just stay away from the online buying option and save yourself weeks of hassle, frustration and being disrespected. You’ll end up giving up on receiving your products, and they don’t offer a refund option either, so you end up losing money which they effectively ***** from you!
Sent me a notification that my package would be delivered. Then 2 days after it didn’t arrive, I have to contact them to find out why it didn’t arrive. Then get a notification I have to contact the store I ordered from, so they are not willing to take responsibility for their lack of service and couldn’t be bothered to take action to correct it!
Issues again with delivery from Makro Woodmead. Received notification from both the store and Wumdrop that order was out for delivery. Didn’t arrive, enquired from Wumdrop who said I have to contact the store because no stock available. How do they confirm a delivery and after not delivering I get told by the courier the store had no stock???
Absolute incompetence and lack of service. They’ve taken two weeks to fix and break fibre lines on my property. In fixing my neighbours on the same property, they broke my line 3 TIMES, and now to get the technicians back here to fix mine seems impossible. I have phoned 4 times, begged for help and been promised every time a technician will come out, but yet no one has arrived. I pay over R900 a month for a fibre line and work from home, don’t have additional money for mobile data and yet they are just absolutely useless in getting my line fixed urgently. It is ridiculous
Complete lack of service with online orders from Makro Woodmead. I’ve been waiting since 6 Aug for a order to be delivered. Can’t reach anyone that is actually willing to help. Just get promised that it will be delivered the next day but then nothing.
Complete lack of service for online order from Makro Woodmead that was supposed to arrive over a week ago. I have to constantly contact them to find out what’s going on. They’ve promised to deliver on 3 different days and I still have not received my order, and they are just ignoring my requests at this point. I won’t buy from them again, it’s disgusting how they can completely ignore customer requests and complaints.
They have not delivered my package from Makro twice now after phoning me in the morning to confirm that they will deliver by 18:00 on the day. First time was Thurs 7 Aug, and again today. I have placed the order 8 days ago and was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days. The fact they have done this twice, with 4 days in between each, is unacceptable and very poor service!!!!
I like that I can order food from Woolies Dash to be delivered within 60 minutes. The app is not too user-friendly though. Notifications and tracking progress of the items being shopped or the driver as they are on their way are often delayed. The driver often arrives without any notifications on the app that they are on the way even.
