Why is nobody getting back to me on my previous open case! The service with you just goes from bad to worse and I'm at my wits end with you already! Please address my migration billing issue, you charged me a migration fee and I was advised on the 3rd of February via recorded call by a team leader Mbali that I wouldnt be charged more and that a credit will be app**** this has not happened!!!!! I am NOT paying this migration fee!!
It's so sad that once again I have to come onto this platform to try and get some sort of assistance regarding my service provider. I have made numerous calls and each time it's we will see what we can do and we will get back to you. Each time it's thank you for your patience and we will get back to you in 2-3 business days, I even spoke to a team leader who was supposed to call me back but nothing.
I have had the absolute worst customer care experience ever! I have been calling since last week and either my case doesn't get logged or they keep telling me someone will be in contact! First it was 2 working days then it was 3 working days now it's 5 working days! This is pathetic and nobody seems to be able to assist
I bought some underwear and vests sets for my daughter at Pep and Ackermans, the underwear and vests have torn. I went to store they were unable to assist, they then called customer care and I was given an email address to address my concerns. I have emailed 2 weeks ago and till today nobody has attended to my concerns
I have been waiting for my order since the 20th it is stuck on shipped, tried calling the customer support line twice and keep getting told it take 3 business days when it's been over 3 business days already!
I booked expo parking for the Chris Brown event and paid for it. The day of the concert we were told that the expo parking has reached capacity and we need to use the free parking. I have since tried getting in contact with ticket master who has sent me from pillar to post with no resolution. I am requesting a refund for a service that was not rendered to me and ticketmaster customer agents are of no help and provided me with the same automated feedback.

I requested to have my insurance cancelled in May of this year, in June and July I was still charged. Spoke to someone and was told they would reimburse me to date no reimbur*****t was done. I called again and was told someone will call me back, 2 weeks have now passed no call back, no communication nothing
I am due for cancellation of my data contract, I was told in October to call in November to have my services cancelled. As per terms and conditions I need to provide 20 working days notice Here is my problem my contract ends on the 2nd of December so I phoned today the 2nd o November to which Vodacom is now telling me that I will still pay until the end of December. How is this ethical if I am providing my notice period, so I want my services canclled on the maturity date which is the 2nd why should I still have to pay for December
