The service at this Panarottis is absolutely amazing, and the food is just as good. From the moment you walk in, the waiters are attentive and welcoming, with great table presence. My experience has been nothing but unpleasant with Iwyze(household ) , my claim was approved and not only are they paying less than what is due they are cheating me . I insured the laptop for over R30k they want to pay R8k and they claim that i did not produce enough evidence mine while the same laptop had been fixed by them and they paid over R7k to fix it and bow for a ****** laptop they want to pay R8k talk about daylight ******* . These kind of insurance companies are a **** big names and all . If i was a KAREN none of this would be happening . It has been an uphill battle since the claim started a lot of back and forth , i remember being asked to pay access while the POLICY SCHEDULE STATED NONE .. THE NEXT ISSUE WAS THE LOCKS THEY CONVINIENTLY FORGOT TO PAY NOW THE LAPTOP I HATE TO SAY IT WORST INSURANCE EVER
I was really disappointed at the level of service on the floor and at the cash desk no assistance or acknowledgement on the floor .Two staff members having a conversation while i am trying to get their attention CF & CM . Cash desk the same thing happened and even my points where not scanned and when i asked she just looked at me no apology like I'm the idiot . THE MANAGER NEEDS TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINNG THEY MIGHT HAVE MISSED IT . I WILL BE RETURNING THE ITEMS BACK
On the 21st August 2025 i called ww customer care regarding the APP malfunction i was given a reference number 470155595 to date the matter hasn't been resolved instead i received a email saying it has been resolved how i don't know . The customer service and IT Dpt has really dropped their standards all they know what to do is push people to open accounts just to give **** service talk about the DIFFERENCE
On the 24th i visited a bootlegger at Franschhoek you would think a place that attract tiurist will be up to standard when it comes to customer service after all its just a coffee shop . I sat for over 10 minutes without being attended i approached the counter where a manager was standing the whole time , she claimed she thought i was assisted . When i said no i had not been assisted still n waiter presence . Eventually a waitress assisted me , the fact that i had to stand up from my table to get assisted says a lot
Its been weeks of non assistance with the APP technical issues , i have gone to four different stores for assistance CANAL WALK ,KENILWORTH, PROMANADE & ADDERLY STREET . I have been calling customer service and was given a reference number ( 20250821(21 August 2025) after calling for weeks . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP with no luck none at these stores and customer service with their STUPID IT /TECHINICIANS can assist makes you wonder why their sales is declining . USELESS DEPARTMENTS I am pretty sure they have closed it without resolving it , i will write reviews every week until this matter is resolved
USELESS APP . I have been to four stores for them to assist me with the App , I HAVE INSTALLED UNINSTALLED THE STUPID APP. no assistance to make matters worse the call centre refused to assist me or log my call with IT SUPPORT as if i was stupid . to date the APP is not working on my phone i cant access it why , because IT SUPPORT IS USELESS!!!
Good Day On the 1st June I logged a cancellation via WhatsApp for an additional fee of R55, I then called on the 3 June for the cancellation as I was not getting any assistance on the WhatsApp platform. I was told a cancellation fee will be charged I agreed , but that was not done i am still being billed the R55 . What is the purpose of not cancelling when i called and sent messages , you like to upsell and do DEBI mandates and cant cancel when I asked . This is one of the reasons i HATE debit orders , they'll tell you that you can cancel anytime and wont lift a finger to do that. Good day Since the 12 February 2025 I have had connectivity issues, I have logged ticket after ticket for the same thing. I took this Wi-Fi as I work from home, I have to buy data whilst paying R395 to a useless internet service . I have rebooted and rebooted, and nothing has been done instead I must wait for your availability of technicians ..WHAT ABOUT MY WORK ? HOW LONG MUST I WAIT ? This is poor customer service at its best then again, I am not surprised as I am an African staying in a township, I am not a priority to you . I logged a call last week Thursday and I was told too many devices which is utter nonsense, its 6am today I have no connectivity at this time so how many devices are connected now at this time ? Stop making excuses for your poor connection and poor service its pathetic ,you dont priorities us but the invoice is on time faster than you can fix the problem
I would like to thank the Claims manager Keith for taking the time to explain and assist me as i should have been from the start . His professionalism and empathy goes a long way , that we are not just premium payers . I know have a better understanding of the claim process and will be staying with the company .
