Too many phone calls, arrangments ignored and adding more money to accounts is unfair for the customers and we are not treated fairly, irregardless that you are making means of paying the account to them it's just pointless.
For the past 8 years i have been paying and i had no problem with the account all of the sudden each and very week i receive tansd of phone calls from RCS and when i remeber i don't have an account with RCS, it would be better if i make payment with Game. Last week i made the arrangement but still having this call which are annoying and i will never recommend RCS to any of my members and familiy RCS are far worse than the bank. i owe them less than 5000 but it fees like i took a million maybe that is why Game is loosing clients because of RCS. I even hate to shop at game because of RCS and i would never recommend RCS to any one i know. I amking an effort of paying each and every month but its not enough i wish ihad all the money so i can pay it off and have peace.
OLD MUTUAL MFG POLICIES - This policies are a burden to old mutual everytime when i called Paulina of Diepsloot branch i have to fight to get answers i really don't get it. I think she does not understandthe importance of customer service and the way i feel abot her is that she is a lier. What verfication do old mutual had to do if a client wanted to change something on the policy. For instance if i stay in overseeas and need to change something in my policy , she said I should travel and come to the office whereas oyther companies are Digital these days. She said i should bring my siters to the office to chage holder to me, we were in the office twice she was not there and when i called she said something else which is totally different from what she said. I think this women is a *****/ ***** as everytime i have to do this in order to be served at OLD MUTUAL i am sick and tired of this person.

I used to have a policy with Avbob and sent them an email to canel the policy with them in June 2023, i recieved mail from them in October 2023 with the forms that i have to complete in order for them to cancel my policy. I was told that there is a surrender value on my policy and thats why they did not cancel he policy,fine then completed all the documents in October 2023 and even to day it is the battle of documents. Two weeks ago i called in again and they said they have recieved all the documents BUT today i am told that documents recieved only yesterday. I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS LYING HERE IS IT ME OR THEM. I have tried calling the same number today suddenlt there is no answer
15 years ago i took cover with alllife and premiums were increasing each and every year and my first policy had a surrender value should i cancel my policy and also if there is no claims. Last year mid year they have increased my preiums and Someone from Manager promised that they will issue a new policy which will never increase every year. Yet this year again my premiums went up dramatically which leads me to stop the payment and cancel the mandate with my bank and also call the and request the cancellation. Someone from the cancellation depatment called me snd say they will cancel my policy and send me the cancellation documents but till todate no cancellation documents. When they change policies they did not let me know about cancellation on surrender value and Surrender value was there on the first policy and now it is three months no one has contacted me. What i wanted is some of my premiums back from the inception of the first policy because now i was promised something else and i wanted the surrender value amount calculated and send it back to me. For 15 years i was paying for nothing because all i was promised was a lie. We await your reply as soon as possible.
Unfair treatment and ********* process of employees. I had a child who worked at the above shop my child worked for a full month and resigned with the letter but clearly it shows as if the RGM/ RM did not submited the letter on time and they just stopped her from going to work like as if absconded and my child was so heart broken to a point that i had to take her to the doctor because was not coping. I wanted KFC to pay the salary as shed had worked from 10 February to 10March it is the full month. I gave KFC two weeks to pay salary of R4500 that they worked for until 18 March 2023 otherwise CCMA
As a client, i specifically said i o not want any increases as the cover amount does not increase so what is the point of paying more for less. Alllife please if that how you conduct your business i would rather cancel my policy BUT I want the refund of all the premiums going back January 2022 as i have stated clearly that NO INCREASES ON MY POLICY and that does not abide well with your company as they not treating customers fairly - in fact i will go to your Ombudsman and they will refund all my premiums going back from the inception date of my policy. I want my money back to my account today and before end of business. I have other debit orders that will come off my account today if they returned All life will pay the incurred fees. This was not communicated with me that I will be paying so much for nothing. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY OR OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER.
First if your retuned debit order fnb is quickly charge fees and also take them immediately which we are making money for FNB. I have a funeral cover with them and as you know that Standard bank had a problem so i received my salary late and they were unable to get the premium for my policy. I took the phone and call fnb funeral department to arrange to pay the premium - 081 736 7772 landed to Mzwandile where he told me that they will be able to to a double debit only and yet he told me that i should write a complain and fnb will provide me with banking details. What i said is that i will not have a double amount for the next debit but i have the money now as i do not want my policy to be behind. Ihave been with FNB for so many years and if this is the kind of response i will be getting how much more when i am claiming that means i will have to go to heaven and come back only then i will be serviced. How come i have a funeral cover with FNB and yet there is no banking details for that department. If i had to make a decision of leaving FNB i want all the premiums that i have paid since inception and i will lodge a complain with their ombudsman.
I have never taken a contract with them and boom after two years they send me a bill to pay because account has been in areas for long and they hended the account to Legal which they have black listed me and my credit score is ruined now. They did all that without checking their facts and someone used my id to optain / trike the deal with Mix telematix and they did the scoring using my id instead of the person who took the contract. when they realised that person is not paying the account then they used me to black list and i have called them up and managed to get to the bottom of the problem. The contract was regarded as nil and void and it was canelled with emmidiate effect but the forgot to claer my name with credit beraoux and the letter of good standing was issued on my behalf. Up untill yesterday i applied for a loan wanted to get money to do something urgent only to find out that i was declined because of Mix Telematix - Blacklisted now i am stuck, the ir legal department promised me to clear my name within five days and i am running out of patient here where am i going to get a loan with that record i would want them to give me a loan themselves or i am going to the police to lodged a fraud case as i am now begging them to sort this problem for me. I am So Puzzled how come they do something like that with onother person's identity number and going ahead and issue the contract scammers and if its not sorted out this week i will be in their office demanding the loan that i wanted from the creditors and coming with police to help me with this matter
