The service at Standard Bank Welkom are beyond poor! Only 2 consultants that's working and the 1 spent more then 30 minutes just with one client and then left his desk. Waiting for over an hour with still no assistance, problem not sorted out and some of us has to return to the office, can't wait around all day Pathetic!!
Never use Pick a Pay ASAP for Welkom Area! As soon as my order indicated that the driver is outside, I went outside. There was no driver, no car, no order. Also no phone call from the driver to say he can't see me. Next moment my order got cancelled, because of the wrong address. While I'm still outside and seeing no one. I will now make use of trusted partners instead, Checkers Sixty Sixty or even Spar2u Thanks for nothing Pick a Pay Welkom!!!
Terrible Claim Services. After almost a month repairs on my vehicle still hasn't even started, as the panelbeater are still awaiting additionals to be approved.
Worst claims experience with claims handler, Reabetswe. Giving her all the information via email on a theft claim. Yet she still phones you to request information that you already mentioned in the email. Also making the insured feel like the ******** in the theft claim. Even after being a client since 2014, Discovery is looking for every possible reason to reject the claim.
Submitted Third Party Claim documents to them in January. Still no feedback on this claim from them or the appointed attorney's
I'm trying to cancel my membership with MedShield, due to the very limited coverage their plans provide as well as the bad service they render. However, I'm not getting the plan cancelled. If I follow up they just advice me that no request was received. I have send the request more then 2 times with the termination form attached, still they didn't "receive" the request. I already joined another plan and don't want to be MedShield!!!

Excellent service received form Sifiso Nyambo at Momentum Insure with regards to my clients building claim. I as the broker didn’t have to follow up once, as he kept me informed with the claim progress the entire time. Wonderful to experience such smooth claim process. Keep it Up!!!
I received a gift card from someone that I wanted to use at Mr Price Sport. Today was the second time that Mr Price Sport Welkom were unable to assist me. They just say they are offline and they don't know when they will be online again. Also received some ****ty behavior from the staff members. Can I just get a cash amount so I can buy somewhere else, at a place that want to assist their customers and have them leave the store with items.
I requested my liberty life policy to be cancelled, effective 2019/11/01. Two emails was send with this request. After no reply/ feedback from Liberty, a premium was deducted on the 1st and I reversed the payment. I still haven't gotten any feedback from Liberty on my email request or the reversed payment. No one made any contact with me as yet. I am looking for proof of cancellation on my policy. Not satisfied with the service from Liberty.
