Where do I begin? Annie, really are just no words for how we were treated, how our lives were affected so negatively by your choices and actions. I hope that you consider your actions in future so that they do not affect others’ lives like you have done to both William and myself and our beloved Coco who lost her life during the move. We moved into a property and stayed there for 4 years, going into a 5th. We are good paying tenants and spent a lot of our hard-earned cash making the property nicer, I spent about 12k on putting lawn down in the property for example. You hear from Annie when there is a rental increase, according to some of her other tenants they were hounded with multiple phone calls and emails, however you barely get replies when you need items to be addressed from your side. We moved in to pink stained carpets, brown marks and no carpet cleaning service was provided, I organized and paid out my own pocket after my email about carpet cleaning was ghosted. It also took close to a year to get our signed contract back. Our toilet lid was broken when we moved in, that was ignored as well, so we kindly left them with the same broken toilet seat when we left. During lockdown, everyone’s jobs took a knock, I started building a small pet supply business from home and had 3 shelves of stock in my garage, the rest of the junk in the garage was home stuff/ garden stuff. I operated mainly from my mother’s factory and stored just enough for a week in the garage. I had a courier come into the property once a week, if he was already coming into the property for another residence. We then received breach of contract stating I was operating from home, it was rectified within 3 days and I moved everything back to my mums factory and storage. I then had to inform my clients of my delays with orders due to the move and our agent sending us breach of contract email on my facebook page. (No names mentioned and also nobody knows where I live) Annie decided to take this personally and have her lawyers threaten me with legal action. I was absolutely flabbergasted by her behavior after someone’s job had been so severely affected by this and the stock and business issue had already rectified immediately. So something she made personal, her following actions were to inform the landlord of her personal dispute with me and have our contract terminated/not renewed a few weeks after the breach was rectified. All this after 4 years of living and looking after the property so well. She did not act in good faith of being an agent. I wish I had seen the reviews before going into a contract with Lettingworx, the reviews pretty much sum up our interactions as well. The only positive reviews on this page come from Terrance, I hope moves to a more ethical rental agency.
I have been connecting to our company VPN for many months now over Telkom LTE. All of a sudden I cannot connect anymore. When I put in my Cell C sim, I can connect. This is a Telkom problem and it needs to be fixed fast or I'll cancel my contract due to non-service delivery. I am paying alot of money and suppose to be able to work remotely - so this is no small issue.
On Jan 16th 2018, we submitted a doctors note and completed the chronic health form in order to have the vitality weekly points reduced to a reasonable amount for a person suffering with chronic fatigue. The Doctors note clearly states cardio vascular exercise is restricted/ limited and has to be done in a control manner and only a couple times a week. on the 7th of feb, they said the following "The Vitality Review Committee could not come to a decision on your specific case, we have prepared a case to be presented to our ex gratia committee which there will be a meeting held on the 7th February 2018. For any goal cap we have to present it to our ex gratia committee to determine if it is possible to have your goal lowered given your specific medical condition. The ex gratia committee consists of a panel of Doctors and Discovery executives and accept or decline applications that were prepared on a case by case basis. We will provide you with the outcome of the decision that was made once the meeting has taken place and thank you for your patience with this regard." 7 emails since the 7th of Feb to Discovery and not one response. Points still as is and they expect a chronically ill person to increase their cardio in order to obtain weekly targets, despite written medical note from a doctor stating otherwise. We are done with Discovery, I have sent the last email on that thread, maybe they will read this one, requesting what they require to cancel the entire policy.

After 3 weeks of no communication and the risk of having no Gap policy in place, I reinstated my Liberty policy and telephonically cancelled my Admed/Guardrisk Gap cover application and got confirmation via email on 14/12/2016 that my application had been cancelled. On 2nd January I got an SMS saying a policy had been put in place and money was deducted from my account. I now paid for 2 GAP policies because of Admeds incompetence. Now after 2 weeks of emailing and getting no response to get my money back I have reverted to here, im still waiting for my stolen money to be returned and a response to any of my emails. I had to spend another R50 with my bank to make sure Admed was unable to deduct any more money from my account. 4 weeks an no response.</p>

Discovery advertises they will pay from your screening and benefit account if you get certain tests done, you will be awarded points for doing such, nowhere on the vitality website does it say it will not pay if you have this done at your GP, it only says that if you do this at your GP you will need to send the results through to a certain email, but it does not say they wont pay. Now every email I send goes to a different consultant who end the same generic copy and paste email, they dont read the email or give it to someone on management level, when I reply the email gets picked up by a new consultant, so i am now expected to waste my airtime as well because they are so incompetent.
I noticed groupon advertising Mystic Monkey, lion petting. They are promoting a canned hunting farm. i have asked them to do research and remove the client, to which myself and many others are being ignored
Take alot is a crock of sh33. I purchased a laptop for R5600 from them 3 months ago, i had it for about 6 weeks and it was showing signs of issues, i returned in to them for a replacement, as they do , they now dont have it in stock, so given I waited awhile our lovely rand took a dive and now the import costs are higher and so is the cost of my laptop which is now 6320. So i could have bought a working laptop from another shop for the original price a purchased for instead of being sold short by takelot and having to pay a difference of R650 to get my laptop from another place.
