I had a very specific and technical issue with VOIP calling, texted the symptoms to Yutiliti, and received a quick response followed by resolution of the issue.
I needed very specific advice and intervention on a rental issue in 2020 and Chris Kennedy was responsive and flexible.
From experience I have learnt to have exceedingly low expectations of estate agents, and as a result was anxious about my deposit repayment when I vacated my unit. Karen Domaingo made a commitment to resolve the issues properly and they were resolved. I can only fault inadequate communication, and the process did take long, however I know there were specific issues which of necessity took time.
In general I got what I needed - guidelines as to how to provide the information for a quotation, and acknowledgement of the reality that what you might need on the move day itself might vary a bit. No problems with damages. Would change this: Get the necessasry documentation better suited for the digital age (eg docusigning - fewer of us now working in an office), more coordination on arrival for collection.
