I would like to write a review about Isabella Garcia For many years now I'm part of this business... And now way did they ever failed me in my request for supporting me in orders or cancelling an order. The past week was no exception. As I've I received a phone call about 3 weeks ago about the delivery of my new hamper, I've asked to cancel it due to unforseen circumstances. This past week Izelle helped me, firstly by sending me the invoice of the hamper, for information purposes, secondly cancel the order in a prophesional way. Thank you for that. "WHAT'S EATING GILBERT G****" As I've written this note, suddenly I Just remember the name of the Story.. "WHAT'S EATING GILBERT G****". I had to go and look for the root of this. Funny that the film was released in 1993, and now in 2023 I sort of been in the same boat. I've been keeping this for more than a year, Now I have to release what is EATING ME me from the inside, like a cancer. Good Evening Every friend that became part of my life over the last year and more during my work in the Care Center. Since 24th September 2022, when I moved there , after the situation with the abuse on some patients in the 1st house. It was reported and I was removed. In this past year I've learned a lot, seen people been treated with disrespect, heard cursing and swearing over people. I've seen people die Infront of me in hospitals and care centers. I've laid more complaints than what there was to compliment on. I've fought battles for My patients. Right and Righteousness for everyone. I didn't sponsor your smoking habit, but I gave you my food. I would cover the shame of a woman patient, and ask the Care worker in a proper manner to clean up the area. I would be cursed for that. I've pushed more wheelchairs than I would ever thought possible. Would it be black or white... I saw the lack of humility towards elders, disabled and bedridden patients, other humans. Treating them in the same manner you would be like to be treated, and the world will be a better place. I've saw how "doing nice things" manipulate the thinking of people. Giving you gifts for Christmas, which actually comes from sponsors, giving a show Infront of public makes management look good, but instead the poorest of poor get kicked while laying down in the mud. Maybe tomorrow brings you to a point where you also take a handful of tablets to help you getting through the toughest of times, where you needed Love and Tender care, an ear to help you through. You needed someone with the heart for People like Jesus would do. I've heard things like: " Leave him let him die", and then the ambulance was only contacted a day later. "Give the $#& to Beatrice so she can go and sort it out". People, GOD'S PEOPLE, were called Names that I don't know how to type without using symbols to explain. I've been falsely accused from the word start Go. WITHOUT ANY PROOF until the end. I KNOW because I stayed there. For each one of you with whom I connected, through whatever way, Thank you for becoming a friend, a partner in this whole process. Thank you that you are doing your best to help someone today. Maybe tomorrow it's your turn to been pushing around in a wheelchair, or are relaying on someone to wash you while bedridden. Remember, things can change in a second. If you call yourself a Christian, please act like Jesus Christ did, otherwise you are doing His name shame. You cannot use your Father's name and deal with the darkness of this world, you are putting your family's name to shame. The same with Jesus' Name. Stop praying in His Name and curse other people. Those who are doing that...You're fooling yourself. He hears and sees everything. Thank you for everyone who's doing what you do, for the Love of people. Your reward will be great in Heaven. One star for quality products, One for always friendly staff answering the phone, One for good service, And most of all 2 Stars for the way I feel every time I receive my hamper! To feel like a Princess, Like a Queen opening up my parcel, EVERY TIME since I received my first package way back in maybe 2013...(if I remember correctly). Good Day, I don't know how many times will I still have to experience absolute bad service from the CELL C Shop at the Highveld Mall in Witbank. Our signals here on the farm are very bad, therefor I am forced to use CELL C data to be in contact with the outside world. Since Friday I couldn't connect to my WiFi, and went to the CELL C Shop in Witbank at the Mall. I asked for a assistance and the guy there, who helped me told me that "YOUR DATA IS DEPLETED" I told him it IS IMPOSSIBLE, as I have checked my balance on Tuesday and Wednesday, as I am using my night time data to receive and send emails. On Wednesday my daytime data was still over 5GB and my night time data over 23GB. I asked him what is the validity of the data that I buy? He said one year, so I asked him how is it possible that over 5GB of data is been depleted in only 2 days. He kept on telling my my data is finished. I asked him if I buy data now, what is the time limit on it? He said one year. So I asked but if it say 365 day, as it shows on the computer system, how and where are my data then which I didn't use, and build up? He couldn't answer me. I've tried to buy data there in the shop, but PRAISE GOD the shop's card machine was off line. When I got home now I have done a purchase via my cell phone banking app, and only bought 3 GB of data,NOW all of a sudden my balance is OVER 6G with night time data of 7GB. How do you explain it?
Good evening, I want to give the Cell C shop in the Middelburg Mall, Aerorand a thumbs-up for your willingness to help me where the Cell C-shop in Witbank wasn't even able to try to help. Bongani and, I think the lady's name was Malie, (not sure about the spelling) helped me within 10 minutes since I've entered their shop with my computer and same request as I have the previous week for the workers at Witbank mall. Thank YOU for trying to help me. As you've said you don't know everything, but at least you try to help the customers. You are teaching yourself. I appreciate your willingness. Good day, I spent almost 3/4 of an hour in the Cell C Shop in the Mall in Witbank today, without been helped at all. I am staying with on a farm near Middelburg and was in Witbank only for the day. I experienced a log-in problem with my WIFi prepaid unit this morning. I went to the Cell C Shop, one of the ladies there said they can only help me if I bring my laptop to check the settings. I drove back to where I was staying for the day, got my laptop, went All the way back to the Mall. The ladies there in front told me that I have to wait for one of the guys. Twice did they asked the guy please can come to assist. The third time they told me he has left the office. Without even notifying any of us. One of the woman there offered to help me phone Cell C"s customer service. I stayed on the line for another 12 minutes waiting for technical assistance. NOTHING AT ALL!! As I stayed on a farm in Middleburg, it makes it difficult to use my internet. I use it solely for communication as lines for phone calls are very bad. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Beatrice Lotter
Good Day, I really hope that someone will respond to this letter, as I have been sending emails, requiring URGENT ATTENTION, with no reply at all, except for FEDHEALTH automotive email replies. l I am experiencing SERIOUS problems with my one tooth which has broken October 2017. I have been to INTERCARE where my dentist Dr Weber has sent out the quotation as well as the motivational letter for urgent repairs. Up to now, NOW contact has been made, no reply has been received. In the meantime I have to take BRUFEN tablets DAILY due to pain and anti-inflammation in my tooth. The tooth has broken, which means it has a hole in it. It is open down to the nerve, which make it unpleasant and nearly impossible to eat or to drink anything without pain. HOW LONG still do I need to wait for repairs? I hardly go to any doctors, dentists or use any medical provision for myself. I really expect proper answers other than the automation reply from the medical aid computers. <p>Good day to all relevant staff and personnel at Telkom,</p> <p> </p> <p>Since I've signed up my cell phone contract with 8*ta in 2014, I've only experieced problems. I laid a complaint already.</p> <p>I was given a contact no by the person who reacted to the previous complaint. I was send forth and back to various Telkom outlets, from Woodlands, who took over the contract from 8*ta, to Brooklyn, to the Menlyn branch.</p> <p>I had numerous problems with my phone. Nobody could fix the problem as it kept on swithching on and of, timely and untimely.</p> <p>I met Mr Richard de Abreu at the Menlyn Branch in December, where I was once again trying to solve the problem on my phone.</p> <p>Yet another cell phone software update was done, and yet I lost another couple of my contacts as well as data, while trying to restore my contacts via What'sapp.</p> <p>He gave me his cell phone no as well as email address. I've mailed him my whole 8 page complain, with all the relevant reference no's.</p> <p>The problem with my phone was not solved. I have cancelled my cell phone contract with Telkom. <br />I was forced to by myself a new LG phone, paid cash for it, just to be able to use a phone that is working properly.</p> <p>So for now, Telkom will be liable for the outstanding amount of about R2000.00 on my contract, as I was not at all satisfied with the service.
