People I just had the worst experience with this company. I turn 55 in 9 days, spoke to a agent and they informed me I can submit the withdraw documents 10 days before to get processed for my withdraw from my anuity. All I got your 2 pot withdraw have been declined. SO THEY DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE FORMS!!!!!!!!!JUST WITHDRAW FROM 2 POT DECLINED . Legally I'm allowed to withdraw from my annuity at age 55. THEN NO ITS *******. TOTALLY INCOMPOTENT SERVICE!!!!! Clearly a long hard and legal battle ahead .....watch out people!
People NEVER buy anything with a guarantee from takelot. Bought a dishwasher from the. When it failed I was instructed to take it to Hisense as they don't get involved uf something fail. Hisense send somebody within 1 day. After Hisense inspected the machine they said they are going to replace it and issued a credit note to takelot. We have been send from one person to another from takelot. All ends the same . "Sorry for the inconvenience. Your query have been send to the relevant department ". Then please send your order number and refund note from hisense to us. After that NOTHING. SO I AM SITTING WITH NO DISHWASHER DAY AFTER DAY !!!!!!!!!!
What a nightmare. Promised they will repair my vehicle in 2 weeks time. I told them I have a once of rental car for 30 days and they should take the time and fix it properly. Two weeks later they phoned me and told me they are just waiting for 1 spare and that I must come and fetch my vehicle. 30 days later I have to return the Rental car and went to pick up my vehicle. The spoiler in the front of the car were hanging loose When I confronted them they looked at me like I'm crazy. Now 3 months later they expect to travel to them again take leave and dot at their shop for a day. REALLY? Well now they now refuse to hand the parts which they were paid for to me in order to go to a local panel beater when it's possible. So in short. Car have more faults now than before the repairs. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHCLE ,TIME AND SANITY. STAY AWAY!!!!@@
Please people . Don't use them. I have been with them for 8 years being very happy and many referrals by me. BUT NOW THEY ARE PATHETIC. My line a 40mbps. Runs between 0.8 and 3 mbps with maybe a 10 sec spike to 8 once or twice a day. Their customer service was spot on now Non existent.
I only have 1 word for this company. PATHETIC!!! Had a appointment for 28 November after waiting a month. They actually showed up I was very happy, then they walked around came to the conclusion this is a longer job than they thought and left. LAZY is not even begin to describe this. After which felt like 1000s of screaming matches with frogfoot and home-connect my ISP they contacted me and said they now can naybe help me on 13 December. If not I will have to wait till next year. My wife is losing R2000 a day in business and mobile data for her online 3d design business. Told them I will recover that from them . They said in that case wait till next year. ***!!!! Frogfoot your name is already destroyed by this company but you still in partnership with them ...makes one wonder what is the reason for this.
Been with this ISP or 8 years now. I changed my adress a month ago and realized that somewhere something went wrong. I guess a management change like all previously great companies in South Africa. Currently no service in a month message after message unanswered if you phone customer service they tell you to use the customer portal om the web. So customer service don't deal with customers. I mean ***. So if you want a ISP avoid home-Connect.
Always friendly. Always trying to give me the best cover at the lowest premium.
