I wanted to Sell my vehicle and purchase another one from them but when I asked them for an offer on my Vehicle they offered me R35000 which is ridiculous because my vehicle retails between R70000 and R80000 with almost the same kilos and condition, I have went to get offers from other dealerships which they offered me R55000 and R60000 I am sorry but I will not be ****med I was really looking forward to purchase a vehicle from EBK but seriously pay the people the value of there vehicle and stop trying to rip them off.
I Have app**** for fibre on 13 March 2024 at Webafrica, when I app**** they said my first debit order would be on the 1st of every month an I did not owe anything till then, Then 2 days afterwards they attempted to to deduct it on my account, And I recieved a email stating that you service has been suspended, But from day one I could not use the internet when I asked them they just said connect to the ONT or something but it's fine so I never had Internet I can use, so I said cancel it, I recieved a email stating that my order was canceled on the 1st of April now they want to charge me for fibre I never used or could have used, I would not recommend Webafrica to anyone.

I have requested Computer corporation Secunda for a Qoute for thermal paste and thermal pads on 08 May today is 17 May I am still waiting for the Qoute, I have always purchased my computer goods by them, I am very Disappointed in the service I received from this branch I would think twice before making a purchase there.

I would like to raise my concern with this company I have purchased a cable for my phone on 04 Jan 2023 I waitet till the 06 Jan 2023 then contacted them to find out where my order is thay just say that they just opened, firstly why was it not stated on there website that they were closed till 10 Jan 2023 secondly te guy I spoke to said I will receive my package within 3 to 5 days that is unacceptable to me because It has been 9 days already and I am still waiting for my order.
Want to raise my concerns with outsurance or some people that work there, I was in an accident with my vehicle that a person drove I to my vehicle on the front left hand side on 12 May 2022, My car was booked into MCR Trichardt Mpumalanga, My vehicle was there being repaired till 24 June I was contacted to collect my vehicle, Arrived at MCR I was taken to my vehicle at the back of the workshop, They did not really give me a proper chance to inspect my vehicle it was idling and the whole process felt very rushed, So I paid my Excess and left got home and looked around the Vehicle, And then discovered that they installed the broken spot lights back, The Aftermarket bonnet they've put on does not fit properly the gaps are way off, On the right hand side on the front where they blended the paint look like **** was not sanded or prepped properly, Then on the left hand side Where my vehicle was hit the front of my door where the fender sits next to the door that my door has a bend in it that was not there after the accident, The both the left side doors were still bent on top which was bent during the accident was not repaired at all, And to put the cherry on top my battery was damaged as well during the accident, Then I phoned outsurance on 25 June to report that my vehicle was not repaired properly, I was contacted by a person from outsurance Melson Moodley Which said he will sort everything out for me It was back and forth for a couple of days on 30 June he contacted me stating that The workshop manager from MCR told him that the doors was not part of the accedent and that gaps looks fine to him and then he also said that the battery is ware and tare and that I must replace the battery out my own pocket, I asked what is going to happen now, Then he said that he is taking MCR 's side and no further repairs will be done to my vehicle, How in the hell does that work, My car was damaged and repaired very badly now I have to sit with this vehicle, I have canceled all my policies with outsurance 29 June, I don't want anything to do with the currupt people working there, I won't be leaving this issue, And also want to say thank you Melson Moodley for losing a loyal customer for that was with outsurance for around 10 years, But this is a fair warning to all.
Hi All I want to raise my concern with outsurance, I was I an car accident last week 12 May 2022, I followed the process with them, Put claim in to outsurance to repair my Vehicle, I had 4 different qoates at 4 different Vehicle repair centers, Not one of them under R55000, I have chosen the best company for the job then they did a proper inspection of my vehicle and said that the front main support left front on the vehicle is kinked and damaged Which from personal experience is already red flags for me on the safety of the vehicle in an personal experience with the main structure of the vehicle being comprised even after it is repaired the vehicle will never drive or handle like it should and then outsurance gives me the amount they want to pay to repair my Vehicle of R14000 How is that possible to get my car properly fixed, I am sorry if my can't be properly fixed which it will never be the same anyway what shortcuts do they want to take by fixing my vehicle so cheaply?? I pay my insurance every month without hassle and my Excess is R4780 on my vehicle which is alot of money to me, how can I feel safe with a vehicle that was repaired so cheaply what I know what it will cost to do it properly and the car won't even be the same after that, I would rather they write my car off pay me the full retail on it and I will buy a vehicle that I know is safe to drive.
Hi people I want to raise my concern with outsurance, I have been a customer of outsurance for many years, I never had an issue until the start of this year, I never claimed unnecessary on my home or vehicle, My excess on my insurance went up around R2500 at the beginning of 2022 I don't know what the issue is and the excess on my vehicle also went up without any warning this is unacceptable, I am currently getting quotes that is alot cheaper, I feel. hurt after being a customer for many years now they do this.
I just want to raise my concern that I tried to sell 2 new items in box to cash crusaders Secunda via Whatsapp, I was on the phone with a Sales person for about 3 hours and before we started to negotiate I asked that if they purchase these type of items and he said yes we continued with photos and condition of the items, But then he came back and told me. they don't buy these type of items, Why do they say yes and then after 3 hours of back and fourth they said we don't purchase these these items this is very unprofessional service, Cash crusaders always say we buy any items for cash but they actually don't, Just want to ask isn't that false advertising? The items that I wanted to sell was a Brand new Google nest Mini and the previous item was brand new sealed as well in box Earbuds,I am sorry I would not recommend them.
