I went there on the 12th of Feb for my dad’s birthday. The scenery of the place absolutely amazing. Memories to be Appreciated and Cherished.We had lunch and toke a walk around the lodge. What an absolute gem. Thank you to Abuti Lucas and Ntate Johannes for an amazing experience. My dad got complimentary drinks and a cake for his special day.My dad’s heart was full. Paid only for the food the drinks(cappucino, hot chocolate and mocktail were on the house) What a bargain!!Thank you sooo much for making his day extra special. I am definetly gonna be a regular.

What a horrible experience. There is a bald chubby lady that was assisting me she speaks xhosa/ zulu yerrrr the animosity. She did not even put a name badge.Firstly I get there and greet then she mumbles then I greet her again she’s like ndikubulise moes nana. Then I give her my momentum card she tells me that its always a hassle when they give meds with this card. Then she continues assisting eating muesli with a yogurt tub. Soooo unprofessional. Then tells me the momentum does not cover the meds that are not on the prescription. Make it make sense how can momentum ask me which pharmacy am I gona go to then say they gna send the prescription to them and I can go there. Why would I go to a place knowing its not covered. This was the 5th time I go there. They do struggle but help me at the end. Then when I tell her that I always get assisted. She has the audacity to tell me well go to the people that always help you. Did not even go the extra mile.How rude and inconsiderate!!!!! Horrible customer service from that lady.
I have a contract for the past 7 years I have been a customer. For the month of September I got debited early and got charge for a failed debit order with an amount of R70. I called their customer care the agent yold me I have to pay it, how so when it hot debited 3 days earlier. I asked to give me her team leader as I was not happy with her pasdive response.sent several emails.No one is willing to rectify my bill amount. Why must I get charged for a failed debit order when my pay date is the 25th( Usually it debited the following day not day before especially if its a holiday. Usually I get sent an sms with options to choose from to say I will have money or not) Im extremely upset about this, In Cyrils economy I can’t pay R70 for the fun of it. I asked for a contract stipulating the above. Still no communication what so ever. After my contract is done definetly parting ways with Cell C and their ********** service.
What an awful experience my car got written off in september and I paid 36 months contract in november last year cancelled the contract and I hot reimbursed sith R572 while I payed R6800. Then I wonder how much is the cancellation fee. I sent numerous emails and called no feedback given. I dont know what to do anymore to get my money back.
On the 05/09/2022 got in a horrible accident. Thank God a colleague arrived and called dial direct from the app . Still dnt remember what happend .Within 20 min the ambulance came and after an the tow truck arrived.06/09/2022 got a call from BRIAN telling me the car is at the panel beaters and it was assigned to LEHLOHONOLO MOTHOKGO and he organised courtesy car for me. On the same day which was a tuesday he told me hell give me feedback on thursday. 08/09/2022 LEHLOHONOLO calls me and tells me the car ws deemed economically unrepairable so its gona be written off💔He will call me tuesday to let me know if the claim was approved or declined. Monday 11/09/2022 mind you its a week since the accident he calls me and tells me the claim has been approved my heart at that moment. I have 2 options for them to settle the car as I was insured under better car value which is retail value or outsource same model with the same km. I opted for the outsource. Following day REGINALD MUKHITHI called me about the vehicle and specifically asks me where I stay(very considerate) and tells me hell call me once he has found the vehicle. Lucky for me he found it and Sean from hyundai fourways calls me about it. Monday 19/09/2022 Sean brought the car at my workplace. THANK YOU DIAL DIRECT
I’m absolutely livid with the treatment I got from your manager SIYA. He was sooo quick to dismiss me as if I’m being a nuisance to him by telling him that I am not happy with the response he was giving me. On the 24th of june I bought a skirt of R200 with my credit card inserted my card then I asked ZANELE to cancel the transaction as I have cash then the slip came out she did not understand how is it possible that the slip came out when the transaction was cancelled. Then I gave her cash still she told me I must come back the following day because a cash up would have been done. Today the 25th of June I came I’m being told a different story after I tell the manager SIYA the entire story he tells me about waiting for accounts I tell him I dnt understand how dnt you do cash up at the end of the day and see wether theres a surplus or deficit of the day. He dismisses me and tells me we going around in circles and has the audacity to call the next customer and tells my son to get out of the way yeses how rude and disrespectful. I work in a customer service environment and I know for a fact you dnt jst dismiss a customer like that just because you feel pressure of the que being too long. Thats absolutely unacceptable!!! Then Tshidi told me to come to her side to hear the story. She tells me the same thing that SIYA said in a polite way and definetly understanding where I am coming from. I leave the store without my money. I wasted a whole 30 min coming to the store which Zanele said I must come. I drove 60 km to go and come to clearwater for a mere R200. First time shopping by your store definetly the last time. Ill be returning all the goods I bought the previous day. What a bad experience. I wouldnt recommend h and m clearwater to anyone. How can a horrible person like SIYA lead the pack that speaks a whole lot volumes.I had to provide my details even when I was not comfortable with it. I’m basically being crucified for being considerate incase the cashier is short. TSHIDI must teach SIYA on how to deal with irate customers,not the nonsense he did earlier on. Ake happy shwem
#59206889 I placed an order online when I get to the store. The guy checks it for me and says your name its not there. Then I call again for them to deliver it they said they dont deliver anything less than R80. Whose fault is it that it was not actioned properly.
Came to buy chicken livers that are ready made. The lady went around looking for a code told me straight its refusing waste of my time coming there and not getting what I initially came for
