I ordered an omelette and what I received was very disapointing. Two pieces of toast without butter. No filling in the omelette. When I complained I was told that all the restaurants in the duty free area belonged to one owner so it is no use complaining. I paid R150 for this tasteless omelette.

I have been paying Old Mutual for years for when I should die and for a disability claim for me. Every time I think I have sent them all the documents they need they ask for more. They kill with the paperwork. I am going to cancel my two policies with them. Will they use the same excuses not to pay out. I would rather use another company and I will save R700.00 a month. My husband sold his car to We buy cars in May. According to Cartrack they removed the Cartrack equipment after the car the car was sold to We buy cars. Every month they keep on deducting the monthly fee. Every time my husband has to go to the bank to reverse the amount. He stopped the debit order but they keep on putting different amounts through. My husband has an account with Capitec bank. He paid money into the wrong account by entering one wrong digit. He contacted Capitec telephonically, via Client Care Centre. He sent e- mails and went to the branch but no joy. Everyone refers the problem to someone else, no feedback. He now has two incidents numbers: 86884714 and 86754338 but still no feedback. Is your bank not supposed to be there for you as client? His cell no is 0838003689 Can you help please?
