I want to express my disappointment and frustrations on both my service provider and my insurer. I have bought my daughter a phone I submitted proof of payment when I app**** for the insurance, I tried to blacklist the phone when it got lost, my insurer said there is no data. My insurer closed my claim after submitting all the documents with a reason that documents were not received. My service provider closed four calls that I have logged . Am frustrated at the service that am receiving, having an insurance should ease my frustration after the loss of the device, instead I have more stress even my premiums are paid up to date. I logged 4 cases with cell c 504170523, 54170449,404041117, 504240690 plus a reference number of a call that took 54min 2504300020035489. i my insurer cannot find a way to resolve this query with my service provider then they my refund me all the money that i have paid.

I have joined rain with the hope that i will never experience bad service but i was wrong i have never been so disappointed and angry with a service provider. every time when there network it's unfunctional one will struggle to get all the help that they need. July i started experiencing network issues and i thought maybe it was due to loadshedding until my neighbors also started complaining. i phoned rain and was told that my tower was down and that it was been attended to and they switched my 5G to a 4G still i could not use my Wi-Fi. from the 8th of July till the 21st i was receiving same story and i asked them on why they didn't communicate with their clients regarding this service failure. i was promised that all will be well and for the coming month they will bill me R328.90 instead of R529 instead i was billed R416.00 and i still didn't have services. I decided to terminate and request my refund as rain didn't have services i was told of the turnaround time, after two weeks i followed up still my refund wasn't processed and i was told that they need to fetch the router before they can refund me. we arranged time and date to collect the router and they came. on the 18th of September i made a follow-up of my refund to my Suprise a lady by the name of Indiphile who didn't know how to navigate the system and check previous notes told me that i don't have a refund as i have used the services until the 25th of August that irritated me and i told her that August i was with another service provider i told her to check her notes and stop telling me stories and guess what she literally said if there is nothing that i need assistance with goodbye and she dropped/disconnected the line. wow rain what kind of agents do you have do they even go for telephone. antiquate? regards Moroesi

I am so angry and unhappy with bradlows now . since January I have been singing one tune with no happiness at all below is an email I sent May , I have been doing follow ups with no feedback . I was send a survey to complete June done but no one came back to me . I would like to state that am so unhappy and thinking of going to ombudsman . firstly the goods that I purchased a received them broken , I reported it immediately , the store manager ( Freddy) came to check on them and he booked the couch for a repair . well they came collected the couch brought it back after two weeks with a communication that it was fixed . To my surprise nothing was done . February and March I paid full premiums and march I reported at the store to my sales lady (Zinhe) to come take the couches as I feel am paying for damaged goods (why should I pay for them as am not happy) she promised that after the lockdown they will assist me as most of the warehouses were closed . April I reversed my premiums as I wasn’t happy with the fact that am sitting with damaged goods , then a gentleman called to make an arrangement with me to pay an amount of R961 in the meantime I agreed . On the 25th May a debit order of R1921.00 went out that made me very angry and I reversed that premium . So as a company how do you expect me to pay my account sitting with damaged goods? I even told that gentlemen that the problem it’s not paying my account it’s the fact that am sitting with damaged goods . When the stores opened May I went there and complained again to the store manager who told me that they will log a call again to report the goods . till today nothing has been done .
IHS Property are frauds , I've stayed there for a yeay , I paid my rent always and in time but they found ways to scam me my extra money , sending letters that I owe them whereas I don't . Their electricity charges are ridiculous , every month I had to fight with them for their incompetence .their credit controllers together with their team leader are useless Gladness Ngobeni , JD Steenkamp , Monica Mangi , Blessing Okoye are useless and clueless on what's their job role . I have vacated the flat at Protea last month , and was waiting for maintenances to call me . No one called . Tsundzuka Tlakula have no manners and you rude you need telephone etiquette training my brother and customer service training . Firstly on the 26th I requested a termination of my contract and it wasn’t processed. When I moved out on the 31st October I had an appointment with the caretaker Japhta who evaluated the flat and took pictures , after signing he told me that the maintenance department will contact me regarding painting of the bedrooms , which I still find it ridiculous the walls were not dirty just a line where my dinning room suit was . and the shower hose which is still brand new . I waited and no one contacted me as usual . I then saw on the termination form who to email regarding refunds . I was responded by Tsundzuka Tlakula who’s tone was not pleasant he told me that I don’t have a refund as it was used to paint the flat and to fix the shower pipe . when I asked why didn’t the company contact me as I wanted to fix and paint myself and snipped a part where it says No DEPOSIT WILL BE USED AGAINST ANY ARREARS OR MONIES OWED TO THE LANDORD and coted point 1 and 2 . He Tsundzuka Tlakula answered me with an attitude that if I read those points why didn’t I call the maintenance department , while Japhta advised that they will contact me . I believe that Japhta Nkuna the caretaker did his part and the maintenance department didn’t . am still due for my R150.00 Parking and R265.55 I paid on the 24th July paid R265.55 proof of payment was attached for them that same R265.55 was deducted on my rental . This company its a scam . if one is planning on supporting them you will be in for a big shock .
