Can somebody explain to me why it would take 40 working days to reverse funds in my account for trying to buy on an online shop that doesn't accept South African bank cards. Why would the bank reserve my money for so long? Why can't I access my money since the payment did not go through to the supplier's account?
I booked seats online for my mom and my 3 year old brother from Masvingo to Johannesburg on the 14 th of August. When I booked the tickets nothing was mentioned about the seating . Now they been seated on separate seats and my brother is screaming . Imagine a child in a bus full of strangers seated on a separate seat with their mom. My mom has tried speaking to the drivers but they are not helping at all and they are very rude. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Phindi....No wonder why she is working in the customer service department..... she is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in this world. She said I was supposed to send them an email informing them there is a minor travelling after booking the tickets . How was I supposed to know? Surprisingly their system asked for the child's age when I was booking, so how did the system not pick up that the ticket is for a minor . She asked me to contact the drivers directly and to find out which bus number the passengers are in as there are many buses travelling on that route. Surely with the ticket number that I gave her , that information could be picked up. Passengers please think twice before you use this bus .... in the event of an accident there is no track .
I applied for a speed point machine on the 5th of June and up to now I have had no response from FNB .When I go to the branch or phone they just tell me they are escalating the matter to the responsible managers. I am losing business everyday . This is really unacceptable!!!

<p>I have travelled with Greyhound a couple of times and my last trip was in May this year. After such a long time , I still feel I should say this out, Nyasha is an asset , the two trips I had with him as a driver were amazing. He is an energetic and organised driver.</p>
