Canceled booking The whole of SA knows that every year spec savers runs a campaign to get kids under 12 to test for their eyes for free and get glass for free from them. To my surprise Festival Mall spec savers canceled a booking for a child because the mom had also booked for herself by accident and when she told them that she is not coming they canceled the booking . Now the spec savers in Thembisa Mall bluntly told the mom that she will get a booking if she pays for the eye test for the glasses from them only then can they arrange for her child to get a booking for the free campaign that is currently running This seems to be a trend across all the spec savers that they will tell you that they are fully booked and give you a option to pay for the eye test and glasses in order for you to get a slot for what's meant to be free.
I am a year old to the scheme and unhappy due to the fact that someone/company bought them out and there is a split going on which has resulted to departments not giving a damn I have been mailing my POP’s and no one including my broker told me about the income verification that was needed for the 2026 year There was silence up till I decided to call the scheme. Upon receiving my verification information nothing was done ko follow up no call as to ask for further documentation needed from my partner. Even when speaking to the agent and informed him that had I been informed that bank statements were needed or other relevant information due to my lowest income bracket request then I would have made sure that all required proof of income was sent through My partner is a taxi driver his salary isn’t deposited to a bank account he gets it by hand . I am highly disappointed that I am caught between Bonitas’ split and whatever company had bought them and the fact that people in liking and accounts do not want to do their jobs and have resulting giving clients a “I do not care attitude until I know what will happen to my job and if I am safe” I'm so disgusted at them that they would risk the clients that they have and not even ask or email or follow up with them seeing POP’s sent for four consecutive months with the same amount unchanged from when they started . Bonitas has now become a public clinic facility or hospital where people have to beg for basic services being rendered to the public(in my case the clients).

I have had a cellphone insurance which I got after visiting their repair center , I insured two devices under Huawei viva care ,the Y5 was lost and no one had explained that there won’t be a payout being to the fact that the sim wasn’t registered under my daughters name ,Telkom also refused too assist even after multiple attempts with email showing that the info was needed by the insurance provider that payout never happened I lost my other service which I emailed as and asked what was needed from me yesterday I was transferring info to a new device and sim was in the new phone which isn’t Huawei I have been trying to get through to viva cover and no answer even sent another email no response holding for over 320 min
There payment link that is used for bank transfers does not have another link to send the POP's , messages I get that my parcel is stuck at their warehouse and other sms say that I have not paid customs , even with me sending through the POP to their support email, now I am told that finance hasn't cleared ,but another sms says that it has been cleared and I need to send the POP . ALL JUST A BACK AND FOURTH
What a mission it is to get assisted at Midway mews Midrand. i battled to get through to the pharmacy on Monday left my number and was not called back , called again on Tues ,calls get dropped , I have emailed to come and collect in the morning no response and I called again around 10ish , pharmacy manager is busy , left my number and still no response , I am collecting my script around 12 . them and boulders are worst.
Not standard bank saying I need to come to their branch to call the ***** division but there was no ***** as I have not used their bank since 2017/2018 , Now I have charges that I must pay for even when I wanted to close the account before and was offered MyMo account and cancelation on all previous charges the account had . There is no record of the person who told me that he charges would be canceled no trace whatsoever. Now there will be a back and forth . I want to close the account . I will not be paying for those charges
Please can you share when the email was sent out that there will no longer be a secondary option for us to use other doctors? I do not remember seeing this nor a reminder, you will send multiply emails reminding us of the general meetings, now I did not get the email and it is quiet an inconvenience to us and not to mention frustrating.
I need to claim for insurance for a lost device. Turns out if the Sim wasn't bought at Telkom or if you the owner did not rica it then they can't assist in blocking it. Now my insurance wants a written email or response as to why the can't block it so they can process. I'm waiting for a team leader to tell me if that's possible. All that they need to say is we can't block the number in question because the sim was not rica'd under your name or that it wasn't bought at a Telkom store. Simple but we must now make things hard.
This is the second time I've experienced this. In December I bought me a 50gig Mo'Town bundle which is meant to last me 30 days , it expired before the 30 days , before the 25th day I had to buy again but decided to buy on the 26th of Jan for Feb so that I at least am able to replace it on the 25th , I still had data about 7gig left , now its the 23rd and it has expired , why put in a 30day to it and then the data expires before the 30days , I know I did not run out of data even in Jan i did not run out of data . The Mo'Nice works fine if it is for a week it will last for the week .
