I have been trying to get help from 135 , From retentions , from ignition , MTN south gate, to MTN sandton my contract ended in may, but till today i have been trying to go on pre paid, i was advised to be on a 0 month to month, then they still expect money even though i did not upgrade. my phone get's locked from making calls, then now its suspended. now I'm told I did not cancel my insurance, I am extremely tired of MTN. They make you wait 45 minutes on the phone sill no results. Hello Peter. FNB can really let a person down, right when they promise to assist as per their tag line how can we help you. that is a complete throw off. In 2016 dec i moved into a lovely property. unfortunately ever since then, the house has been deteriorating. there's bad crack and pop ups. due to a chemical reaction from the bricks. that's the word from the developer. FNB refuses to re-evaluate a house they have already paid for. who must help us as common people on the ground? the developer has taken ownership. and offered a EPS insulation as a solution. common, who has ever stayed in a house with wires? is this a shack or a bond house? ill be a fool to agree with the developer to do such. the bricks are the issue not the plastering. the developer has provided a independent evaluator who has been paid to agree with him. what is the point then? only the FNB can provide us as clients with a independent evaluator. other banks have stepped out to assist their clients, houses have been demolished and built from scratch, but FNB Will not be involved, they are sending clients back to the same tricky Developers. why are we beeing treated like this in this day in age. i have no choice but to sell this property. lets see if they can sell this dying house at a gain for them. they promise to call you back . they will never ever call you.
