Upon my arrival, I engaged in purchasing activities and had a pleasant conversation with the security personnel at the entrance, as well as with Akshaar. The service provided was exceptional, the product selection was impressive, and the pricing was quite competitive. I am certainly inclined to make further tool purchases from them.
Webafrica The worst service provider ever I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP WITH THE WEBAFRICA SERVICE! It's high time that this issue is taken up with someone higher than the *********** team at Webafrica. It's ridiculous that after countless attempts to resolve this issue with their service agents, I still have to put up with this subpar service. We have every right to get in contact with senior management when the service provider fails to deliver. However, with Webafrica, it seems like they have made it impossible to get in touch with anyone other than their pathetic WhatsApp number or useless chatbot. My internet has been down since 23 April 2023, Then it got resolved now I am battling with slow internet since then. What kind of joke is this? I am beyond frustrated and angry. What do I need to do to get some proper service from Webafrica? Do I need to take legal action? Enough is enough, and it's time for Webafrica to get its act together and provide the service that we are paying for. Then the audacity to send me a mail now at 09h00-28-04-23 telling me the issue is resolved it is not resolved
I have been a client at APCAN for years. Since this merger between them and National Security and Fire there service has gone down the drain\actual there is no severice to a point were i canceled with them. Called the finance department confirmed everything and got confirmation that i will not be billed this month ,behold debit order still ran
Cell C Fraud and Disgusting Service I found out that on the 21st January 2021 that a contract was opened in my name at Cell C. I immediately called the call center (084140)which you cannot reach if you not a cell C client I manage to get through to ( 084 174 400) after explaining to the consultant what had happened she instructed me to go and get an affidavit, copy of my ID and bank statement, email it to a certain Cell C email address. I just got an automatic reply from the email address stating someone will contact you within 48hr. Time went past no contact I called again on the 26th Jan 2021, just to be told that should have gotten a case number of which I did not get. She then proceeded and logged one for me and yet again I was told to wait for 48hrs.On the 29th I called again as no one contacted me once again. All I keep on getting told is the fraud department will contact me and guess what they cannot transfer you to their fraud department as there is no number very funny. Guess what another 48hrs and again no call, so I called again on the 2nd of Feb 2021 just to be told that they will log another case number and you must wait for another 48hrs. The 5th Feb no call again I call and again you need to wait 48hrs. I called again on the 18th Feb just to be told that all the references that have been logged can not be found, so we log another call new reference and now we need to wait again. I've been calling for help at Cell C and all I get are reference numbers. I want to see this fake ID that was used. No one even bothered to apologize or communicate with me as the client instead I'm told that this happens all the time. If this happens all the time why doesn't Cell C have risk measures in place to avoid this. Give consultants at branches access to ID copies on the system to compare when people open additional contracts to verify if it's the real client. And what security questions were asked to this person if any ?. Clearly, there is inside fraud happening at Cell C. I want this canceled before my debit order goes off!!!!!! I will not pay R1100 for a contract I didn't take out. I have done everything I was told to do yet no one has contacted me yet. I am fed up with Cell C and the terrible service!!! I want somebody to confirm that this contract is removed from my account and a confirmation letter sent to me.
"Thieves!! Hopeless online call center support! And still no product or refund yet!" I purchased two items from the online store on the 22 November 2018 and was told two days later that one item was "Oversold" to date I am still waiting for my money. Been calling there call centre on a daily bases and receiving empty promises.
