++Spar is always advertising their 2 litre house brand low fat milk but their stores never have stock
A consultant opened an account and misinformed us regarding the charges if an investment was made ,in other words the investment was taken under false pretences .FNB refuse to refund the charges even though it was admitted to us it was their error
Bought an expensive walking aid {stick} from this supplier ,after +/- 4 months required spares for it ,their office manager informs me no spares are available ,as k for suppliers name ,which she down right refused to give me ,in other words the walking stick is useless .
Spar continually advertises on TV,and viral media ,etc their 2 litre SPAR low fat milk,when you go into the store the mangers make promises to phone you when the stock comes in which they never do. It seems that Spar's advertising is there to mislead the customer
Hired a vehicle through them at King Shaka Airport and returned it at King Shaka as well after 4 days having only done 263 kilometres of travel around Durban. A few days later I get an invoice from Woodford for nearly R460 for tolls between Pretoria and Polokwane {Pietersburg} in Limpopo Province basically between 650 and 1000 kilometres each way from Durban after many emails and a few phone calls with promises to return calls and rectify ,no rectification or returned calls. In other words all promises ,NO ACTION !!!!!!
Outsurance still owe me my R500 for not been able to match another insurance companies quote as per their adverts on TV and on a well known radio station with a well known radio and TV personality
Lodged a complaint number CC 220815024 on the 15/8/2022 with their Head Office regarding their Queens Corner store never having certain specials when they are advertised but they suddenly appear as soon as the special is over at the higher price,which is false advertising phoned them again 19/8/2022 and promised escalated to management to date no reply,It seems that Spar management are not concerned about consumer complaints regarding false and misrepresentative advertising
Disgraceful service at the Dispensary when trying to get chronic medications 1[Email through order to be picked up :never ready 2]Chronic medications never in stock ,they promise to deliver always have to follow up on numerous occasions 3] Told certain medications not available , when you phone supplier they there is stock available
i took out an advertised deal with Web Africa for R499 for the installation of fibre internet and the providing of the necessary router in approximately April/May 2021,which took until October to eventually finalise,which was already a warning sign of the further bad service to follow ,one month instalment at R499 and then without warning they just increased the instalment to R699 with no warning Following this of at least 5 requests on their Whatsapp help line and requesting assistance on their Face Book page to provide statements and a copy of the contract to no avail,I resorted to phoning their call centre {and losing my temper} the supervisor Chris said he would forward the said documents,I got a terse Email stating it is up to me to get proof and then they will consider my case as I'm a pensioner
They never return calls,or keep promises,and there is never a manager available.Very unethical organisation
