I was forced to use Vukela/Fibrestream as a internet and service provider at the complex I live at. Account number YOL001. Waited 5 days longer for the installation then what was promised by Aman. Installation happened on Wednesday 29 April evening time. Friday 1 May (not even 2 full days) my internet is down already. No response when I follow up. A whole weekend with no Internet with no ETA on a technician coming out. My work depends on me having a reliable internet connection but I was better off with Rain it seems.
K5157477 Driver delivered my parcel yesterday but I was not in at the time. The receptionist asked that he returns today which he agreed to but tracking shows its returned to hub and not out for delivery today. I've been trying to contact Vodacom and Skynet even before the 1st delivery attempt but I have not been able to get into contact with anyone on any of the platforms ( landline, whats app or online tracking)
The first time I placed an order I received my order the next day. Now on my second order, it still says "awaiting processing" after a week. 3 emails, 2 whats app's later, STILL NO RESPONSE
I returned an item that was too big. I received an email that my return voucher has been issued. When logging on to my account it shows the voucher code has been used when I have not. I have emailed Zando 3 times with no response
I have been paying R50 per month for Showmax I did not subscribe for or use. I saw this on my account when trying to change my stop order date online. No one is responding to my complaint. I better be refunded very soon.
<p>Here I am STILL!! MONTHS later, all my previous reviews ignored. My banking details lost and been disconnected from my "service" but the bills????? Well they keep on coming.</p> <p>If anyone can assist me on how to cancel my contract or to sue Telkom for breach of contract because of incompetency, I would really appreciate it. </p> <p>Donald Motau ignores my calls and emails in regards to this matter. Telkom keeps lying saying management will contact me and they never do. Now I'm stuck in a 24month contract with a SUSPENDED account while the monthly bill keeps coming and getting higher and higher. If Telkom thinks im paying them one cent for their mistake which i fixed FOR THEM in November and it happened again, they have another thing coming...</p> <p>DONT EVER EVER THINK A GOOD DEAL IS WORTH IT WHEN IT COMES TO TELKOM.</p> <p>PAY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE FROM THEIR COMPETITORS, ATLEAST THEY WILL PROVIDE A SERVICE</p> <p> IT WILL BE WORTH EVERY CENT!! </p>
<p>So.. another 3 days has come and gone and no contact from Telkom to get my suspended account back online. After my complaint on this site, I got a prompt reply here on Hellopeter (as I did after all my previous complaints about the same issue) and then nothing gets done. I posted a reply to Noleen 2 days ago asking for this ssue to be handled with urgency. My message was not acknowledged but its no surpise, she isnt the first Telkom employee or representative to ignore me. After every complaint, its been a different person responding to my complaint but its always the same apology with the same empty promise. Now 4 days have past and I'm disconected for "not paying". But you can bet your ass I will be paying or lose the data allocated to me which I COULD NOT USE BECAUSE TELKOM KEEPS LOSING MY BANKING DETAILS EVERY 2ND MONTH. How hard can it be to schedule a R199 stop order for 24 months with a bank..? So, this is my ****ing LAST complaint. I will do what I have to to get out of this contract and will ensure every one I know personally how ridiculously incompetent Telkom is and hopefully no one I know will have to deal with this **** I've been dealing with for 7 months. And thanks to social media, I will be spreading the word on every platform i can. WAKE UP TELKOM</p>
<p>As per ALL my previous complaints on the same account. Months later I still want to take this router and throw it against the wall. Donald motau lost my banking details agaon apparently and the debit order hasnt gone off so my account is suspended AGAIN. The amount due is double what its supposed to be AGAIN!! I spent hours on the phone with Donald ensuring he got my banki g details and that my account was paid in full. 2 months later, I'm suspended AGAIN. Donald doesn't answer his phone. This costs me a **** load everytime to sort this out. I can't anymore. I work from home, without internet I can't work. When will this frustration end???? I this sorted out NOW!!!! Ive attached a screenshot of my call records showing how many times I tried calling Donald on hos landline</p>

It took Telkom MONTHS to track my initial debit order WHICH SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT WHERE I LOST MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE MONTH BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! Im at my wits end with this useless company and i want compensation for this. FIX MY ACCOUNT AND GET ME BACK ONLINE!!!</p> <p>I requested Donald to call me back, but as always .... IGNORED</p>
<p>Case no ********** 6 on account # ********** 24. Since my previous complaint there's been no attempt to fix the issue. I received a call from Donald Motau requesting payment as Telkom does not have my banking details. I applied for this contract online and I personally filled in my banking details directly onthe Telkom website. I was informed that Telkom could not trace my initial R200 that went off via DEBIT ORDER so this was added to my account. Ive since sent proof to David and Busi of the debit order that they just couldn't find. Since then my account has been suspended for not paying. Neither David or Busi bothered to respond to my mails or make any contact to sort this out. In the meantime I dont have an internet connection and I need this fixed asap!!</p>
