Hello Peter,<br> <br> KFC recently opened a branch in our residential area - Batho Section. I went to buy breakfast for my 3-year old kid today in the morning. It was my first time at the branch and was impressed with the good service I received from Khanyi. She gave me a good advice that - in order to get more for less - I should rather buy a 1-piece meal for the kid. It may sound like a simple advice - but it appeared good to me because nobody advised me in that way before - when I had to buy a meal for my kid. Well done Khanyi and keep the KFC flag flying high.
Hello Peter<br> <br> I would like to compliment Tiger Brands for its high-quality Ace Instant Porridge. I have long been having a skin problem which could not be solved by dermatologists. It disappeared just after I started eating the instant porridge a few years back. I cannot live without it because - when I do not eat it - the skin problem starts again. However, I am equally disappointed that Ace Instant Porridge is not like before because it is now soft and does not last long. Surprisingly, my skin problem is back with a bang! Despite not knowing what informed Tiger Brands to make Ace Instant Porridge to be soft - I don't know why companies sometimes get threatened by new comers and infant competitors. Having seen new soft instant porridge products by newcomers - I do not think it was a good idea for Tiger Brands to change what contributed to its success. Without speaking on behalf of all the customers - I just wish Tiger Brands could reconsider selling a soft Ace Instant Porridge so that customers like me can have value for our money like before.<br> <br> Thank you
Hello Peter<br> <br> 20/07/2015: I bought a 4-piece Tuscany bedroom suite cash. Constance Hlobo, Clearance Centre Manager, honestly informed me that the delivery would be done on 22/07/2015. However, the dressing table and cupboard had painting quality defects upon delivery. <br> <br> 23/07/2015: I informed Constance Hlobo about this as she was not aware. I then received a call from Wilma (surname unknown) and an SMS regarding my complaint (Ref: MO-Regal-23072015-275). <br> <br> 24/07/2015: I made a follow-up with Constance Hlobo who promised that the warehouse would replace the entire bedroom suite. Agreed date of delivery - 27/07/2015. Only the cupboard (no defects) and mirror (worse than the first one) were delivered. We accepted the cupboard. The mirror was taken back and another one would be screwed on the base of the dressing table on 29/07/2015. No communication and delivery to date (another 5 days of inconvenience). As the warehouse is dishonest, inconsiderate and disrespectful of my consumer rights, I request your intervention. If the delivery is not done on 03/08/2015, I will be cancelling the purchase on 04/08/2015. But, I appreciate the good service of the Clearance Centre staff. Thank you

I waited for such a long time to see if there was any motive behind as I saw negative attitude among some of the waitresses from the beginning. I called Lee-Chem Laboratories regarding this issue. Upon talking to Pam, I realised that Lee-Chem Laboratories is very professional and well-organised in terms of managing its relations with the customers. Pam apologised for the problem I experienced and promised to post the creams I should apply. I received both the face wash and lotion by post within 7 days. The two creams are so effective because they have a good smoothing effect on my face. I would like to compliment Lee-Chem Laboratories for the effective customer care.
