I recently experienced a TWO DAY service interruption! I live in a complex in Eerste River and "routine" maintenance took place on 26/02/26 at 22:00. It was supposed to end at 01:00 on 27/02/26. My service has been down since, and it is now 28/02/26 and I still have no service. I called numerous times to 010 300 0083 as well as sent several email logs to support@lintegfibre.com and these have not yielded any positive results. And, since they have the monopoly in the area (i.e. I could not use another service provider to the complex) it seems they "dictate" the level of service they can provide. I also have an issue with WHEN the service is connected, the internet buffers as if I am using dial-up connection (as in the old days). I thought fibre connection is supposed to be way faster than dial-up. However, it seems I'm back in the stone ages with internet connection. The service is shocking and feedback lacking. I would definitely change service providers if I could, as I have lost ALL confidence in Linteg Fibre as being a reliable ISP!
Two years' ago I sent a review on the business' website to praise the business for the wonderful the service I received at Blackheath Auto Services. However, this time, I am very disappointed in the lack of feedback, and the many excuses that are made for not calling, emailing or responding to Whatsapp messages! I call, email and send Whatsapp messages to get feedback on the repairs on my vehicle, however, I do not get a response. Unless I go to their location to get face-to-face feedback, I get NO RESPONSE! When I call to the business number, I leave messages for Ivan to call back, and I get told that I will be called back within 15 - 20 minutes. But, that does not happen, and I'm left to call back again. For example, my vehicle was towed in to the dealership on 06/05, as I was sure that the car was not mechanically sound. Ivan called me to let me know that they were testing the vehicle. There was also outstanding mechanical matter that needed to be done, so I said that the could then also attend to that. So, the vehicle has been there since 06/05. I called on Wednesday 14/05/25 at 15:02 to find out about my vehicle, and was told that the lady who answered the call would call me back within 15 minutes (she was busy with someone at the time). it is now Friday 16/05 (more than 36 HOURS!!) and I am yet to receive a call back. This is not the 1st time this has happened, and in spite of bringing this to Ivan's attention (i.e. the lack of communication and response) it continued to this day. So, yet again, no response to my emails, my calls, or WhatsApp messages. Other than going to the business, I don't know how else to get hold of them. I am beyond shocked at the lack of communication by the business, and swear that I could not, in all sensibility, recommend this business anymore. The lack of feedback or communication seems to be a trend (as per some of the reviews), so I truly hope that they take heed of this, and improve their communication to clients.
I have had the best service interaction from Aaron Naidu at King Price Insurance! I was enquiring about getting possibly changing my insurance to save costs. I sent a request both on WhatsApp and email for assistance. I spoke to Aaron this morning, and was so surprised by the level of client interaction. Aaron was super very professional, very interactive, made me feel really comfortable on the call. I'm not very comfortable speaking to people, especially on the phone as I get very anxious (which I failed to mention to him) so being able to feel comfortable on the call was super important to me. He was also so knowledgeable of the products, and he has full confident in what he was selling (even giving me his experience with insurance). I liked his authenticity (a quality I so truly respect and like). All in all, I would SO recommend clients ask for - and speak to - him, as he really has a great understanding of client service. In the end, what turned out to be an obligation-free quote request, turned out to me signing for new insurance. Not to mention, I save on my monthly premium (for the full insurance package I requested). I am super happy to be joining the King Price Royal family. :) Thank you very much, Aaron, for your professional client experience. You are truly an asset to your organization.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I dealt with Michael yesterday, and Ndodana this morning, regarding a jumpstart service for my vehicle, and I must say the service is brilliant!!! I *LOVE* the efficiency, and the speed of the interaction. What great and awesome service!! 🥳🎊 *15out of 10* for top service!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile. I really appreciate it.
This business is known (by way of the many complaints seen online) for continuous unsolicited calls, not only to my cell number, but to my office number. I have repeated asked them not to call, and I've even blocked them on my cell number. Now, the call to my office number, causing major distrubtion, which could land me in trouble with my company for personal calls being received on my work number. I've never asked this business to contact me, especially not to my work number. I may have had a product with them years ago (which I canceled). However, this does not give them the right to contact me, especially since I made it clear that I do not wish to be called. They just keep on calling, having just attempted to contact me again from the 087-number. This is very frustrating, and I want them to stop! I wish there is anything I can do to stop them from calling me for "unsolicited market calls." Can I not take further legal action against this business, since they refuse to listen to me?
I would NEVER suggest anyone be a client of Linteg Fibre!!! They have the worse customer services response, almost NEVER available to attend to customer needs, and they make as if they are doing YOU (the customer) a favour! Unfortunately, I live in an area (and complex) where I can only choose them as the service provider. So, I HAVE to put up with their nonsense. However, if I could, I would not choose them, and I suggest that, if you have an option between them an another service provider, CHOOSE THE OTHER ONE!!!!

I just had the most pleasant, friendly and professional service from Lindiwe Mabuse. I spoke to her about adding All Risk to my policy, and she was efficient, quick, and knowledgeable!! Amazing service! Thank you, Lindiwe. I appreciate your assistance with my request.

If you live in the Eersteriver, Blackheath, Kleinvlei or Kuilsriver area and your vehicle requires service or maintenance, I would really recommend BLACKHEATH AUTO SERVICE & REPAIRS. The business owner is Ivan Botha, who is a very understanding, caring and reasonable man. The ladies in the office, Stephanie and Petronella (affectionately known as "Petti") are the sweetest, kindest, most helpful ladies ever! I was there today out of concern that there might be a problem with my car. The vehicle was assessed, and the issues identify. However, it wasn't just that the service was efficient, it was also the warm welcome, the kindness and understanding that impressed me very much. I would DEFINITELY recommend Blackheath Auto Service & Repairs for your vehicle's service- and maintenance needs!
