He was a little cheaper than others so went with him.(R1500 per hole, plus callout). He dropped 2 holes for the well point. It worked fine for 2 days, and then got gradually worse (less water flow). I kept him informed everyday how it was doing, initially he gave some advice, but eventually just said "I have water, so don't contact him again" and then blocked me. 2 weeks after install, there is no water at all. I contacted him on the 2nd number, I emailed him, I contacted him from a number that was not blocked. No response. All I want is the well point to work or my money back, but he will not reply.
I ordered 96 tiles, Of those delivered, 51 where chipped (thats more than half) and could not be used. They could not replace them as there was no more stock. I had to fight for a refund, while my renovations continued. The good tiles had already been layed (thats when the tiler noticed the defective tiles), and when they could not replace the defective tiles, we had to be lift the tiles already layed, you cant have 2 different tiles on a floor. They collected the tiles and then complained about the state of the tiles returned (it had been layed). Eventually, after 2 weeks, they refunded the tiles, but excluded the delivery costs and the cement used. I should not have lost money due to them delivering defective tiles. I already had to pay the tiler twice, to repeat the job. Am I unreasonable for expecting a full refund?
I have been trying to purchase a pool cover since December. They told me it was end of the year and not doing any more business until they open in Jan, and they put my name on the board to contact when they opened in Jan. 15 Jan I then called them, as no-one had contacted me. I was told a sales person would contact me.. Nothing. Today I emailed and phoned, they promised to be at my house today at 4.30. Now 6pm, I guess I wasted my time waiting. If this is pre-sales service, what is the after sales like.
<p>My line (Voice and data) went dead last Thursday. Eventually someone came to look Yesterday to discover my line was not connected to anything. The wires just ended and were twisted together, i.e it had been disconnected by someone. Technician said he could not see where it had been dosconected from, so the wires to the exchange must have been re-used by whoever disoncnted mine. Hence my title "Line Stolen" I have still had no further feedback.</p>
<p>I logged a fault on 9 dec 2016, received an sms on 12 dec that it is with technical repairt team. Voice came back. On 16 Jan receive another sms that it is with the technical repair team. on 23 Jan, Voice disappeared again. Adsl still works.</p> <p>I cant log a fault as one already logged. Track an issues only has 4 status, logged, in progress, done, resolved. Mine is still in "in progress", no other detail A really useless issue tracker.</p>
<p>I logged a call on friday after 2 days of no voice (only adsl ) as i could not call to log it :-(. I only found the place online on friday. Eventually on Sun someone called and send they would send someone out. they came Monday, not telkom but contractors for telkom. they said they must escalate to telkom. after they left i have no voice or adsl. it got worse. now end of Tuesday and nothing. how long must I wait. <p>I cancelled DSTV in Aug, They scheduled it for end of the month, as you cant cancel mid month, At the end of the month I received an SMS saying that I had been re-connected. I checked my aco**** and they had deducted the monthly fees, I would say Illegally (their authorisation had been revoked). I phoned next morning 29 Aug at 11.15. I was told to wait one week so that it would reflect in their account before they can refund. I accepted that, they want to make sure they have the money before giving it back.</p> <p>BUT, I had to phone again on 13 Sep, I was told then that it was being escalated.</p> <p>BUT, I phoned again on 28 Sep. nothing yet. Now I am told I must fill in forms, get proof of bank account etc. EXCUSE ME, but multichoice knew where to deduct it from, Multichoice can put it back where they took it from. The pedometer stopped working, says it is assigned to someone else.<br> I reported this on 25 Jan 2016.<br> I forgot and when I tried to upload steps again, got the same error, so I reported it again on 23 Feb.<br> Amazingly the next day I got a phone call, but they say they cant see anything wrong, I need to courier the pedometer to them. (I thought they would just look who the serial number is linked to...)<br> so 24 Feb, the courier collects the pedometer.<br> 1 March I email asking for an update, no reply<br> 7 March I email again, still no reply<br> It is now 9 March. 42 days since reported, 2 weeks since courier collected.
